I had a very concerning experience with Casino Intense.
In 2023 I contacted their support team and clearly requested permanent account closure and self-exclusion because I was struggling with gambling addiction. I explained that I had a gambling problem and asked for my account to be permanently blocked.
Despite this request, the account remained active and I was still able to log in and make deposits for a long period of time. Deposits continued to be accepted through payment providers such as Skrill and PaysafeCard.
I later contacted the casino again requesting that my account be closed, but the account remained active and deposits were still allowed.
Only after repeated complaints was my account finally blocked.
When a player explicitly requests self-exclusion due to gambling addiction, the operator should immediately block the account and prevent any further deposits.
I hope the company reviews this case seriously and handles responsible gambling requests more appropriately in the future.
