Absolutely disgusting with them so I have been a loyal player of casino of dreams for some time never had a issue i finally get a decant 400 win from 20 deposited i then get told as I used my husband card that is on are joint account I will not be payed. The most disappointing thing about it i really liked playing with them as never had a issue b4 but I will never go on the site again never had a issue useing husband card b4 on other sites as it is a joint account

Be wary of this site
Never had a problem until my last withdrawal. It was processed on 3rd of August but still not reached my account. Casino of dreams stated once processed there is nothing they can do and state the bank are holding the money. The bank has not received any payment from them. So £200 has just vanished leaving me out of pocket. Not the way to treat customers. I have now closed my account. Not happy!!!

The site is good
The site is good. I love the old games mixing with the new.
Payment of any winnings is very reasonable and once approved will be in your bank one day max 2 days.
Only one criticism and that is google does not allow play of the old games and if I play them I have to use Microsoft edge. Edge is slower than Google with the upload of the newer games
