No reply to messages. Offline and when online I waited for 30 minutes between 8.30 and 9 but got to answer. Their chatline then went offline again. Really poor CS.

No words for this site, joined last night no scatters nothing on blg bass ,big bass splash or any big bass games ,also problems depositing said deposited but not showing in my balance had to log out back in ,refresh eventually 2 of my deposits now registering on my balance. Lost £100 on 3 games. And weired thing was the withdrawals from my bank had 3 different company's names not one said Regal casino, said Digutal another one said slim fit i tried to close my account but you have to email them . Haven't received reply. Money was gone quick and game and no scatters wins or coins wins on link game don't waste your money

This site is rig so do t play been play for 8 weeks spent thousands and have not win nothing only 5% of what I put in so say I spent 100pound but in and only get a 7 pound back and the other one was 250 pound and only got 11 back don’t waste your time o. This site see walk away
