Delivery was perfect with a phone call to let us know it was coming. Can't recommend enough. A smooth process during a difficult time.

Purchasing an urn was a breeze. The online catalog had detailed photos and dimensions which made selection easy. Prices were very reasonable compared to what the funeral home wanted to charge for a similar product. I appreciated being able to pick it up directly from their warehouse, without worrying about being stuck or damaged in the mail. The pickup process was quick and smooth, and the staff boxed it up well after giving me a chance to look it over.

William made the whole decision making very easy. He also took the time to enlighten me on the on legalities of using them as opposed to direct with a funeral home and saved us hundreds of dollars. The casket was spectacular and delivered on schedule.

I was impressed not only with their product but stunned at how quickly they deliver! Their staff actually answer the phone and do anything to help.

Customer services was very good. I'm a bit disappointed with the quality.

The urn was exactly as advertised but the delivery took longer that indicated on the website. BC to Montreal took 11 days to arrive (advertised as 1-3 business days, shipping fee $20).

Received quickly, arrived on time, and when emailing the team they responded promptly and were very friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you :)

The product we ordered was not available so they shipped same but larger earn. The colour and style are beautiful. It is quite large. It didn’t arrive in the window because the product was swapped out.
