I have made an account and made a deposit. Now it won't let me withdraw from my account at all. Every time I submit documents they never answer. I have emailed them many times they do not reply to any email. When contacted on live chat they ask to verify account but when submitting documents they don't verify. Be aware of this fraudulent site

When you make a deposit, they automatically tick off a bonus and if, like me, you've had the misfortune not to uncheck it, you'll have to bet 10 times your deposit and support basically told me that it wasn't possible to deactivate it. I tried slowly but surely to realize it, I was less than 1000 € short of wagering and then the horror all my winnings (3200 €) during this period had disappeared because the operator had not told me that after 30 days after the deposit and activation of the bonus, if the amount had not been reached ALL your winnings were canceled, A SCANDAL, no bar indicating the amount remaining to play and the time remaining to realize the bonus. In short, a real joke.
What's more, I got no response from their email support and they took away my chat support button. I haven't tried to withdraw yet and I already have a bad feeling.
Run away while you can.
If they reply by e-mail and credit my winnings back to me, I'll delete my negative review, but not before.

ok mates i got more than 1000 euro on account/ at first they cancelled 120 withdrawal. though they told that will pay in the end of the day. after that rejected 200 euro. the withdrawal of 400 euro was rejected even immidiately(( support does not answer by email.

customer service is so so bad plus send emails with issues and never recieve bonus promised and never reply to emails i have sent. Sent emails months ago and still not replied once

Alot of these reviews are fake. Awful experience, emailed 3 times now asking for my account to be closed and explained I had a gambling issue. Not one have they replied. I went into live chat to ask the same and they said the only way to do this is through the email. Obviously 0 regard for responsible gambling.

Awful, will not pay out despite being verified, excuses after excuses such as there’s a big backlog of withdraws despite given guarantees
