Item was only available in a different color. My climbing buddy ordered the last green one. I was offered a refund or a different color. Which was no problem. Very happy with the discount and the backpack.

Zero communication
I have received zero communication apart from this automated email to rate my experience.
After ordering I have not received any confirmation email. The order date was 5 days ago. Even after emailing them my order reference(as shown after payment) asking them if my order has been received and if so, what the status is, has been ignored. Instead I was asked to review my experience in trustpilot.
In a nutshell: I feel scammed. Please do better.
