I am a regular customer of Caspians and have used them for about 10+ years. On the occasion there’s been an issue e.g. damaged delivery or product issue - I’ve had a quick response, excellent customer care, a no quibble replacement and courtesy message to check the replacement arrived safely.

I cannot fault the customer service, the care they show is personal and empathetic e.g. when one of my dogs died - or when I got a puppy and wanted to try a sample. I highly recommend Caspians for your pet needs. The food is the best quality bar none, my dogs have always loved their food, flavours and this is evidenced by the healthiness of my dogs. One vet even said my 12 year old dog looked like he had the teeth of a teenager. I put that down to the kibble design, ingredients and quality of the food.

If you love your pets - use Caspians - your pets deserve nothing but the best!

Free super fast delivery. My dog actually likes it. I don't know how long for. He is a poodle so it is only a matter of time before he turns his nose up at it. But for now he yums it up. Also his poos are good! Finally. Which was the point of ordering. I'm delighted.

We've used caspian for a while now as it's so good for a German shepherd mix but not only that their customer service was great, I had an issue with a voucher (which was actually my not using properly) the responded super quickly and helped me out. You've got a loyal customer with me!

Requested a sample pack that was in stock.

The first and foremost, the "free" sample pack is not really free but you're forced to pay for the shipping. This is a minor inconvenience that I could look past.

I placed my order on the 9th of February and has still not seen the sample arrive to date (2023-02-26) which is 17 days.

Sure does not spark confidence in buying their products for them to arrive within a reasonable timeframe.

I ordered Sunday 24th July and have chased delivery all week. Very hard to get hold of via email, no answer on fb messanger and eventualky after many missed messages i was told on the site chat that there was issues with delivery times, this was Wednesday.
I requested a refund of the £7+ delivery fee and this was declined. I said i would wait until the deliver Monday and just make that my one only order and was told omthry understand and sorry.
Today 28th at 8pm im told they have decided to refund me as they cant say when delivery would be.
Extremely dissapointing

I changed my dog to Caspian Pets Haddock sweet potato and parsley last months and within 1 week his toilet had become normal. I had been using Iams puppy, Hills and Royal Canin, (so not cheap kibble,) and at 18 months his toilet had never been right. I am very happy to have found Caspian Pets as they are using good natural ingredients and my boy seems to like it. I have just ordered my second bag and we are going to try the salmon, trout and asparagus.

I have used Caspian for a long time - good dog food and fast delivery - dog food is still good but delivery has become very slow - not sure why?

I changed my German Shepherds good from Lilys Kitchen to Caspian Pets! She loves it! So much better for her digestive system and at half the cost of Lilys who have been brought by Purina! Love Caspian Pets & the variety is great every month she has new flavours! Do glad I found them! Eva has never been happier & healthier & regular since the change! 🙏🏻

Stock the dog food I need considerably cheaper than elsewhere, including postage. Dispatched and received quickly.

I found CaspianPet by accident searching for grain free dry food for my dog .
The food the has a very rich food content upto 50%. The price for a 12 kg bag is excellent.
I contacted the team over the weekend as I had received a code to get free delivery. Unfortunately it decided not to work . I sent a email late Saturday evening & received a response from Tom .
He did say they had a few customers that the code wouldn’t work for & to make sure I was using the right email .
If the system didn’t accept the discount code that I was to place the order & they would refund the delivery price back to my bank.
They have done what they said it was returned within a couple of hours.
I highly recommend this company as they do what they promise & go above & beyond what I expect customer service is one of the best I have come across in many years.
They have got me a customer for life now we’ll done to all the staff at a time when things are not easy to handle with Covid 19 you came up trumps.
