Je me suis achetée une casquette sur le site casquetteoutlet.fr
J’ai reçu un e-mail de confirmation et un e-mail comme quoi le produit a été expédié.
Mais c’est tout
Il n’y a jamais eu de numéro de suivi du colis
Et la page de ma commande est maintenant introuvable. La commande n’a jamais existée. Le SAV ne répond pas (forcément vu qu’il n’existe pas)
