Scam website - do not use - tracking website disappeared, they ignored all my emails. Had to dispute through bank. Horrible experience.

Complete scam
Complete scam. Several emails back and forth with Customer Service prior to ordering and got prompt replies assuring me it was genuine etc. Placed order 8th July, received confirmation 8th July with a link to Trackme24.com to allow tracking the order. Checked most days and the tracking showed progress. Once the estimated delivery window had expired, I emailed again and got no reply, followed u with another email couple of days later. Eventually emailed trackme24 and two days later received a non-deliverable report. Have put a claim in to my bank. Please avoid at all costs.

THEM VIA WEBSITE, EMAIL & PHONE THE NUMBER IS OF SOME POOR CHAP WHO HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!! STAY CLEAR KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE!!

Ordered garden furniture from cassa 3rd July said 30 day delivery. Gave tracking company trackme 24.all tracking updates stopped no response. No response from cassa garden both seem to be scam. Don't order no goods delivered. Had to get my credit card to do refund. Please be aware Don't loose your hard earned money

Scam!
I placed an order for furniture from Cassa Garden and never received my items. They took my payment immediately, but after that, communication was nonexistent. Weeks passed, and nothing ever arrived. Attempts to get a refund were ignored.
From my experience, Cassa Garden is a scam website that takes your money and delivers nothing. Save yourself the frustration and shop with reputable sellers.

Avoid this company at all cost.
I am still waiting for my garden furniture that was ordered on June 17 and paid for with a stated delivery of 30 days. Still no delivery on 6th August. Three emails sent , all ignored.
Tracking details stopped in mid July. and suspect they were bogus.
Scammed........avoid at all cost as they are still advertising
