i had never done mobile banking before. was misled as was told they would get cash with no difficulty. turns out the recepient had to pay $25 to obtain $100 eco cash

CassavaRemit is offering a fantastic competitive product but the registration process in currently rather laborious in some instances necessitating a call/email to customer services. Customer services are polite, professional and helpful.
Once set up the system works very well with recipients receiving their funds in a very timely manner.

My concern though is on the ecocash wallet that charges you anything between 4cents and 5 cents for every balance quesry or transaction. The sums can really add up if you are doing small transactions at a time

Poor support to a simple problem. I changed phones and asked how to reactivate app on new phone as it was refusing access
