Duncan from Cassidy and Tate and indeed the whole team were so supportive from the outset up until the completion date. Our purchase was really complicated, and Duncan was available at every stage to provide me with the options, engage the vendors and negotiate on our behalf where needed. He was always honest and kept us up to date with everything, all the time. This made what was essentially a really stressful period for me, super smooth. Totally recommend this team.

Cassidy and Tate are the best estate agents in St Albans in my view. Nick Doyle knows his stuff. After valuation Nick suggested layout changes to the property and sold it in the first weekend of viewings. Top agent, very professional and knowledgeable about the St Albans market.
