Total superstar. Dylan was recommended to me by Simpson and Partners, as a recommended installer of their EV charge point. He came out and diagnosed the fault with my existing tethered charger and explained that it was perfectly possible to fix it but that the fix was probably worth more than the value of the charger - I went ahead with the Simpson and partners install, which all happened within a week of my first contacting them. Dylan was professional and knowledgeable, explaining clearly how the charger worked and doing a lovely neat install. Can’t fault it.
