Probable scam
I placed an order five weeks ago have not heard anything. All emails ignored. Instagram comments and direct messages ignored. No shipping into or anything. This business is a scam.

Failed to refund returned goods
I have been extremely disappointed with my experience shopping at Cast & Lane. Whilst the customer service team was able to respond to my email asking how to return some pants that were too large, they have firstly failed to process this refund despite receiving the pants, and secondly have proceeded to ignore several emails I have written to them since requesting an update. Similarly I have have messaged Cast & Lane on Instagram in which I can see they have 'seen' the message and yet still have proceeded to ignore my previous messages. As such I am still owed about around 80 GPB. I would not recommend shopping at Cast & Lane. They have blatantly ignored my messages for an update despite having seen these.
