Terrible company. Needed to return items as they didn't fit but messages were few and far between.
Very difficult getting a returns address which eventually came and it was China!
They wanted photos of the items.
I had a feeling that If I sent them back I wouldn't hear from them again so didn't bother and put them on eBay instead.
Would avoid using this company.
If I could have got away with zero stars I would have, they are a pathetic company returns are impossible, has to go back to China takes them days and days to respond to e mails no paperwork included in parcels, they have no regard for consumer rights I have language to write and say but this would probably be taken down just know I’m thinking it
Bought a security light just under a year ago and it has now failed. Most items are guaranteed for a year so I contacted the company to see if they may replace it. Disappointed not to get any reply at all. I found the identical light still on their website, but found no mention of a guarantee of any kind. No biggie, but it would have been nice to at least get a reply - even if they offered me a percentage off a replacement would have been something.
