I rang at 10.50pm but wasn't picked up till 11.25pm... I rang taxi firm back at 11.10pm to see where my taxi was to be told that he would be roughly 10 minutes away... I asked if they were busy (which is unusual on a Tuesday night) to be told yes we have no drivers . So when the taxi finally came i said to the driver your busy tonight aren't you.on which replied no why so I told him what time I originally called. He said they only just messaged me to come and pick you up.... this not the way to run a taxi firm keeping the costumer waiting nearly 40minutes (being a woman at that) on her own for that long . I have been using this company for 10+years.... very disappointed.

Excellent Airport pick up service
Excellent Airport pick up service. From the moment we reached out to Emma the service was exceptional and stress free.
The driver was punctual, friendly and helped with all our of luggage and the vehicle was clean, spacious and comfortable - perfect for our group.

Castle Cars, service second to none.
We have used Castle Cars several times for airport and cruise terminal transfers from Shrewsbury.
They have always been on time in both directions. The cars are comfortable and spotless. The drivers are always courteous and very professional. We just can't recommend them highly enough!

Return transfer to Manchester Airport for 8 people
We booked an airport transfer for 8 of us to Manchester Airport a fair few months in advance, and the service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The driver arrived 10 minutes early, helped us load all our luggage into the van, and nothing was too much trouble for him. On our return, he tracked our flight, gave us a call when we landed, and was waiting right outside to help us again. He even assisted us to the taxi area and made both journeys really enjoyable with his friendly conversation. You can really tell it’s a private, family run service personal, reliable, and done with genuine care. Such a lovely man highly recommend this service!
