Took quite awhile to arrive and was really disappointed with it when it got hear. Much smaller than in looked when ordering and colours not as vibrant.
If I had seen it in a shop first I would’ve have bought it.

You ordered on Monday evening 31st July @ 21.16pm & according to our royal mail delivery service, your goods were delivered on Friday 4th. Aug. That's a little over 3 working days - so i'm not sure why you think delivery took a while ? Regarding the size - the item does have the the size measurements in the description. Regarding the colour - you chose the confetti Colour which is pale & delicate. The more vibrate colour is the Chakra, which is deep. It is on our website that we offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and where things have gone wrong or a customer simply doesn't like the product, we always make it right - it just takes a call or an email.
