Ordered a NECA 40th Anniversary Big Chap Alien figure. What I received was a completely different figure the Aliens Warrior (blue variant). No explanation, no warning, no refund option just a silent substitution for an entirely different product.

To make matters worse, the packaging was incredibly poor it’s sheer luck the box arrived in near mint condition. I contacted them weeks ago to raise the issue, gave them every opportunity to respond, and received absolutely nothing back. No reply, no apology, no solution.

This isn’t just bad customer service it’s straight-up deceptive. Swapping out stock without telling the customer, then ghosting them when they ask why, is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Castle Comics again, and I strongly advise other collectors to avoid them unless you’re fine rolling the dice on what you’ll actually receive.

I’m always cautious when using a retailer I haven’t used before but Castle Comics were outstanding!
I purchased 4 figures from the 90’s which were on sale.
Communication was really good with Garry at the store and he made the purchase really easy to complete and was equally very patient in answering questions I had.
Great value, great service, great packaging and given their age, each figure was in mint condition just as described.

I recently made an online order with Castle Comics and couldn't be happier. I bought a MP scale Transformer, Maketoys take on Dirge. This figure is very hard to come by as it is one of two options for this character, and is the better of the two. Castle Comics sold him at a very reasonable price and it was delivered within two days. If I'm ever in the area, I'll be sure to pop in for a look around.

Ordered 2 items, refunded with no explanation. Unprofessional and don't even stock what they claim on their site. Wasted my time and now I'm stuck searching for replacements.

Will not be wasting time on this store again.

Visited Castle Comics recently, what a fantastic shop! The selection of comics and collectables is brilliant. I'm a Star Wars fan and my boy loves Spiderman, and we both bought great items. Well worth a visit. Staff were were very helpful too.

As a newbie to the world of Warhammer 40k, the folks at Castle Comics have been absolutely brilliant since I first walked in the store. Welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great range of products at cracking prices.

Not a good experience with this company. i brought a item online what came damage. the owner greg reply to my message but never got back to me. I am still trying to get my refund through paypal cause the shop owner don't have a clue about customer service. POOR!

i would advice anyone to shop else where.

Bought a hard to find figure at a very good price, figure was 100% in condition as described by seller. Item was well packed.

I ordered a Mandalorian bounty collection figurine, they said they had stock. I got an email saying they "Some items in your order have been refunded".

I now missed my opportunity on another site to get these.

While this comic store isn't local to me, they've been able to help me find what I'm after from across a country where others have failed.

Cannot recommend them highly enough, always friendly and excellent in terms of their communication.
