I payed my bill sent in proof of…

I payed my bill sent in proof of payment and have had letters emails and phone calls for the last 3 weeks saying I haven't paid my bill.
Iv spoke to 8 people and I am very unhappy with service iv been giving the worst company iv used in my life.
