Lack of communication and rubbish automated service
Phoned the castle community bank and was promised a call back in the afternoon ….it never happened . Went through the automated system 3 times and never got past option 2 . Then spoke to a lady who spoke in a garbled dialect which sounded like a 75rpm record .Wasted 2 hours of my precious time to achieve the square route of FA . Really poor service

I was surprised how quickly and easy it was to sort out on line. I'm not the best when it comes to computer operations but i must admit i found it very easy.
