Best service ever

Best service ever. I have been a patient for many years. And have been very pleased. My teeth and gums are healthy. The staff is wonderful

A Bad Day For Everyone

I was early for my appointment as requested by the Dental Office, I wasn't called back to be seen until 35 minutes past my appointment time, with no explanation why. Other patients were being seen on time....
Then I was in the chair for two hours for one tooth. Three temporary crowns were attempted before the 4th temp crown was created by the dentist. It was a very bad experience for me that day, the worst one I have ever had at this Castle Dental office. I was informed that they were short staffed, but that should be transparent to me. I have had no real problems with this office until this appointment.

Now they are asking me to come back in to have new impressions created for the lab. That means I spent two hours in the chair for nothing, if I have to go through it all over again.

I'm not a happy customer at this point....

Dental Castle visit

I have always hated to go to the Dentist because of the unnecessary rufness experience I have had but thanks to Erika Acosta 's professionalism I don't have to worry about coming out of the Dentist feeling like I just came out of a fight. Castle Dental need more Erika's

Cleaning

I scheduled a cleaning 6 months in advance and they called me 3 days before and said they couldn't do it then proceeded to schedule me 2 months out further. Then I never received a text or call conf the new appointment which then I ended up missing. They never rescheduled me.
I did have a good experience with Dr Harris. He was very gentle and professional.

They do good work and great place to go.

They do good work. Up front with the charges. Very friendly and remembers you personally. I've gone to my clinic a good number of years and had a variety of work done and never had a complaint. Couldn't ask for better treatment.

Excellent

Cannot spe a k of the dentist presently. I have not met him.
The hygienist is excellent.
The business staff acts a little confused at times.
Overall I would recommend the company.

Teeth Cleaning…

Even if the cleaning was supposedly a "deep cleaning", the total bill for that service was excessive. I returned to Castle Dental to find out about an invoice sent to me. I called the insurance, and I was informed about the total bill. When I returned to Castle Dental to find out exactly what they had done to my teeth, the receptionist advised they had used medicated water to also do the cleaning. I asked her if they had used "Holy Water" and advised that no matter what kind of exaggerated adjectives were used to describe it, they grossly charge! I cancelled my next appointment because I was afraid to come out with a $10k or $15k bill!
