Very well packed. Nice product.

Love the the security it gives me. Even my physicians were impressed by it. There are a few little things I found out. 1. The over the head straps are too long for very small head. Once I got the ear pieces the mask staid put and became very comfortable. 2. The face get sweaty In a warm environment and the mask tend to slide. ( o don’t sweat usually).3. Last but not list was disappointed of the cost of shipping of the ear pieces. The same as the mask?! Over all it great it a great mask

I have both a gray and a pink mask that I rotate at work. Great deal with no leaks. I’ve developed an allergy to N95 material (cough/wheeze/coryza) which makes wearing a traditional N95 mask undesirable. The smaller insert in the Castlegrade mask, and the distance that the filter sits away from nares and lips, make this option doable for me. I bought one for my medical assistant too.

I am disappointed in how small this is. I am 6-5 so have a larger head than the average and this is not a comfortable fit for any length of time, which destroys the point of wearing it.

No idea why you a) don't offer a larger size or b) warn people over a certain height that the product might not ft. And not giving refunds means you're outta luck.

Almost perfect! One mask came with an extra band for support while the other did not!

Mask is too small, straps pull your hair, and it's nonreturnable. Would not recommend.

Wow. This mask is so much better than the blue surgical mask that I have been using. Unbelievably comfortable . If everyone could wear this mask, then I am sure the virus would stop spreading so aggressively. Thank you CastleGrade and well done!

When they say 2-5 days, they mean it; I'm not worried about running out of filters or ordering other product. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.

Satisfied with the product. My only objection was the delivery. I realize your company is not responsible for the delivery persons' behaviors, but when you do have the opportunity to provide instructions to your contracted services, it might be wise to tell them not to just TOSS the package from a distance of 6 feet onto the porch. In this case, breakage was not an issue, but perhaps you have products where it would be.

A friend of ours purchased this mask and said she absolutely loved it. We loved the idea, but we’re not as impressed with the actual product. The fit of the medium/large size mask was somewhat bulgy on me (as in, it didn’t make a good deal in some places, while it felt a little tight in others) and it was especially tight on my husband. It was also a little weird putting the straps on for the first time as they can tangle. Maybe our experience would be different if using the ear loops, but we couldn’t justify spending the extra money to purchase them when we weren’t really liking the base unit. (The ear loops were sold out when we went to purchase). Again, great idea, but it just didn’t work for us; it was ultimately a waste of $30.

Service and shipping time were good. Shipped within the alloted time-frame and updates were consistently given during the ordering/shipping process.

Wonderful product! One of the most comfortable and protective masks I have worn. As an ER physician, I am grateful for something comfortable, protective, reusable, and easy to clean. I've purchased for my kids, friends, colleagues, kids teachers. Thank you!!

You are getting five stars for great service and truly superior product. I’d find a way of adding a star if you could wave your magic wand and get the rainbow masks out!!!

At first the mask totally suffocated me. One can’t breathe at all (unless you put the straps so loose that there is space that leaks covid germs!!) then they sent me a different strap. It works better but it’s a different color. So the straps stick out like a sore thumb. Not very becoming at all!! And the whole process took FOREVER to ship and be delivered. Not quick at all. Not happy with the outcome. Too expensive for a mask I can’t really use.

Like: silicone material is comfortable. It makes a very good seal on.my face. It is easy to clean and easy to replace the filter.
Concerns: The rubber strap slides backwards or forward from the crown of my head unless in the exact right spot. My nose is longer than the space allows, so after wearing the mask for an hour or so, the tip.of my nose starts hurting due to the constant pressure. My husband has difficulty with his glasses steaming up, as he cannot get a seal on either side of his nose. The filtration is much finer, so is safer; however it also muffles my voice alot more than the standard masks I have tried.
