Amazing company!
My order came faster than I expected and looks so lovely🥹 the loungefly I ordered is authentic, which I thought it would be, but is even nicer in real life than I thought. I really wasn’t sure what to expect as I hadn’t heard of Castle Planet HK before but would happily order from them again :)

Fantastic service from Castle Planet…
Fantastic service from Castle Planet HK.
I was unable to get into the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (tickets sold out) and I so wanted HK Disneyland Pandora charms.
I've ordered three in separate orders and all three have arrived very promptly, packaged in Pandora packaging with a lovely thank you note.
Will definitely be ordering again from CPHK.

Castle Planet HK is a scam. Order arrived but damaged
Order arrived but damaged. Store didn’t offer a refund. Their answer was only to return it but they didn’t provide a shipping label and the return costs are more than the item itself costs. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
So don’t order there, it’s a scam. And they don’t provide a shipping label for sending it back or giving any compensation for broken items.
