We strive to make your stay with us an enjoyable and comfortable one, so we have outlined a few things you can expect from us, as well as other useful information to make your time with us a pleasant one. Our apartments have been awarded 3 stars and we endeavour not only to maintain but improve upon those standards, with an ongoing programme of development. When you check into any of our apartments, this would normally be at 3pm or thereafter, your apartment will have been prepared and cleaned prior to your arrival and we will have provided tea, coffee, still water and a few essential toiletries. To ensure you can make the best of your stay with us, Castletown House also offer a variety of additional services, such as airport transfers, daily maid service, laundry service, luggage storage or printing facilities. On your day of departure, we ask that you are packed and ready by 10am, unless you have arranged a later check out with yourselves.
