Steve and John couldn't have been more helpful when I enquired about a BMW X3. The car is in great shape, and all the info about it was accurate. I wouldn't give 5 stars if I wasn't happy, especially as I travelled from Colchester to collect the car.

Steve was very nice to deal with; very helpful and polite. The test drive went well so I has no problem sorting out the purchase with a decent part-ex on my pickup. Would have no problem recommending Catalina

EDIT: this car has several issues, the sunroof does not work, the roof blind fell out and is useless now and the boot has water in it so I guess the sunroof probably leaks as well. Im sure they'd say they didnt know but I'm sure they would have noticed at least a couple of these things. You can't check everything on a test drive so feel pretty p#ssed off now. Oh and the car still shows as untaxed after a week of reassurances that it waa being sorted.

Michael dealt with my purchase of a Focus ST3. He answered any questions and kept me updated through WhatsApp on when the car was going to be ready for collection. On collection everything was really fast and I was good to go in about 10 minutes after signing a few forms. Smooth experience. Would recommend and use again in the future

Bought a car from here, the salesman Steve was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Answered all our questions, organised test drive and ultimately got a sale! Unfortunately, less than a week later, engine light came on but we emailed Hannah at aftersales who couldn't have been more helpful. We took the car back next day, issue was detected, a sensor was at fault which couldnt have been predicted. Car collected the same afternoon. Perfect speedy service, highly recommended!
