I enjoyed the different training styles. I enjoyed the variety between PowerPoint and group exercises. The materials are amazing! Books and online tools are detailed and easy to use. I can’t wait to apply everything I have learned.

Delivering Strategic Initiatives at Pace through Agile

I attended this workshop recently and found it a really valuable session - 1 day extremely well spent. This one day overview of how the methodology can help deliver strategy was great. The content was pitched perfectly and delivered expertly by James who has huge credibility and past experience with Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma. I went in to the session with a basic appreciation for agile and its impact on R&D/Software development - I left with an appetite to find out more and to look at how we can gain value in the organization. Looking forward to working with James and Catalyst in the future.

I recently completed a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt Course with Catalyst Consulting, what a fantastic course!!Both the Trainer and method of delivery were second to none, the trainer had a vast amount of experience in DMAIC projects and was able to paint the perfect picture which allowed us to understand how to practically apply our new found skills in industry/work areas.
