Found what I needed for reasonable price.

Smooth delivery, no problems.

Package lost (but in tracker shown as delivered, wrongly) no support from Catawiki after several days, tickets, emails, etc. They don't confirm my claim, which I need to make sure the payout for the vendor is not completed until the package is found and correctly delivered. Can't reach they by phone either on working days.

My experience with Catawiki is surreal.
I stumbled upon a seller (ACVINS44) who seemed untouchable. I bought six bottles of wine, and on May 22, 2026, three arrived. I wrote to him immediately, given the three-day rule, and he replied saying he had one bottle broken. I disputed it, they wasted their time, and Catawiki paid for the shipment! That was May 27, 2026. Since then, I've received so many absurd messages from the seller and Catawiki's AI.
So many more absurd messages, and I've given up on the idea of ​​receiving a refund.
I wrote a negative review of the seller, and two days later, Catawiki wrote to me saying that my review had been disputed by the seller and would be revised. Bottom line: they're downgrading it from negative to neutral!
I've never seen anything like it!
I didn't give Catawiki a star because I met worthy sellers who resolved my issue without batting an eyelid, but if you run into someone with whom they have a "strange" relationship, you'll realize you have no guarantees.
BE CAREFUL! Read the negative reviews; they can save you.

I had never heard of this company but found the website when I was looking for a diamond ring. I found one rather quickly and the hole process was easy, quick and safe. Don't forget that you might have to pay taxes in your country on the item that you purchase.
