I wish I could leave a great review, but the customer service from this company is poor. We ordered two items: a cat cave and cat toys. The cat cave, which is a nice product, arrived promptly. We still have not received the toys, ordered one month ago, nor has anyone at Cat Cave responded to our inquiries.

This company's website implies they will ship within two days if they have something in stock. Well six days ago I ordered and there has been no movement at all.

I just sent them a nasty email because I don't appreciate being lied to, and I told them to cancel the order and refund me. Fortunately, they have you pay through shop pay, and because I've always had good luck with that, I'm hoping I at least have somewhere to turn to after reading the reviews on here. This place is just the worst. Don't order from them. Maybe they're well intentioned, but if so, they are completely incompetent.

I knew I was in trouble when the website stated two days, and then I got a confirmation email that said "in the next several days," and then another automated follow up email where it was suddenly two weeks. Why should I believe anything they say at this point?

As of TODAY, six days after ordering, their web site STILL says:

"USA Domestic Orders:

All orders ship within 1-2 working days. Delivery time 1-3 days for Cat Caves, 2-8 days for other products."

The reality is very different.

Oh, and as for those other products, the cat brushes and things, they force you to buy one because the cat cave itself cost $49.99, so to get free shipping you have to go over for $50, to do that I bought a cat brush I don't need. Then I saw the exact same cat brush all over the net. It's a cheap product from China that costs about a dollar but that's not what they sell it for. Nowhere near.

At this point I don't care if I ever see this thing or get a refund. I am making it my personal goal to leave an accurate review of my experience all over the net, even on competitors products to dissuade their customers from ever considering buying from this company.

These people need to find something new to do with their lives instead of messing with other people's lives.

I have lost time, I have had numerous tension headaches while dealing with this, they don't respond to emails with inquiries that are nice, they don't respond to emails with inquiries that are nasty, it's like there's no one home, and certainly no one at this company cares.

The way they present themselves and their claimed values is why I chose them, but it's all of façade. They are not what they say they are. Have I ordered from another company this would already be here, as promised.

Don't even consider giving them business. You will regret it.

Terrible product, had the biggest gaping hole in the cat cave, doesn't keep shape. This company is a huge scam, DO NOT BUY, you will regret sending them money. The picture online looks nothing like the finished product, they should not be allowed to have a company that sells products online with their dishonesty.

Scam website - ordered a cat cave and its too small for a cat to comfortably fit in. I wish I could add photos here. The opening is so massive that its not a "cave" at all and doesn't keep it's shape. Worst of all the product left massive amounts of grey dust everywhere I'm still caughing after cleaning up - which can't be healthy for the animals to be breathing. Literally if I drop the product into the ground a poof of dust explodes out of it. This site is no doubt selling Chinese Temu products they buy for 1/10th the cost

Got catcave round bag shaped bed. I DO NOT recommend.
Open down the whole side, not just a climb in hole for cat. I had to clip it closed. Not like pictures.
They still owe me $15.00 from promo code - terrible owner/management/customer service.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Gaping openings make these like open grocery store bags instead of caves. All photos in ads show holes that enable the cats to use these as cozy hiding spaces. Company refuses to replace, instead offering $15 refund for $100+ purchase. I offered to donate the imperfect ones to a local shelter since they don’t take returns for hygiene reasons ( I do understand that) but even that was met with “nope.”Condescending and unhelpful customer service. Have never experienced such a lack of commitment to customers. Others have posted the same issue and they just don’t seem to care. Other companies offer similar for less.
Disgusted that they don’t care.
