Paul from Catchit quickly identified 3 access points which were missed by previous companies. was friendly professional and took time to explain exactly what his process was. Very helpful. would recommend.
Matt from Catch It was great. Identified the access points on the first visit, explained his approach and put out poison. Came back the following week to re-assess and once he was as confident as you can be that the mice were gone, filled 4 holes/access points in various rooms and left poison in certain places just in case.
We have 3 month guarantee so we can call any time within that time frame if we have any further issues. Feel like we have our home back!

Buoyed up by the excellent reviews online, I gave them a call to deal with a rat in my bedroom cupboard. Dream on. Yet another 24/7 London pest control service that apparently isn't or is "too busy" to attend. Ratty and I bedded down for the night.
15.45pm next day I got a call - my three desperate messages had only just reached the operative. Offered to come round and gave me phone number in case of future problems. Have added extra star for apology.
