This use to be great i paid back inthe last week of March for 4 devices for 3months and yhey sent me the info it only works for one device I tried and tried to connect them sent my payment info and no response they robed me this is sad.
I have had no issues other than the code needed to be re-entered. This issue I suspect, was my Fire Stick doing an update. I have used this service for over 12 months at this point. Catch works great. Very few buffering issues. But you need to expect an occasional issue.
They used to be great, now they buffer constantly and the customer service doesn't respond. Glad I was monthly.
A complete scam!!! I bought a yearly subscription with 3 connections. It worked for a couple of months (with significant buffering) and stopped. I have tried everything to contact them on multiple occasions - email, WhatsApp. No response. Complete garbage. Do not subscribe to this service!!!!!!
They just stole my money. Try to email no response back phone number is not real, so don’t waste your money.
Signed up for service, aprx. a week later it went out. I received a email saying it was back up. My service was not. I contacted support via email and received a response in just 4 minutes. They said send my login credentials so they could fix it on their end. So I did within a few minutes. That was 3 days and 4 more emails ago with no response.
Had it for a year. Very good. Renewed it it’s the worst thing I have ever spent my money on. Tried to cancel my subscription they will not let me. It is turning out to be a scam
Scam not the real catch on tv. Took my money am currently disputing. Catchon that’s real has a .vip web address. Not a legitimate company. Took payment as a nutrition company.
Just stole my money , no replies on there email or WhatsApp support line
Stay away
Had the service for a year and it was great. Just renewed and with the new format it’s horrible. Live tv, series, sports nothing streams. Have sent four emails for a refund and they come back address not good. Contacted them direct and nothing.
Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.
Asked for a refund from day 1 . Sent 11 emails no reply. Going to see bank for fraud.
I had a service for about two weeks and it’s been down more than it’s been working. Do not recommend.
After 3 years of happy CatchON IPTV service, they went to Crypto ONLY. Seems suicidal to me.
Thieves.
took money and de-activated my account after a few months.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Worst app waste of time doesn't work on Android box doesn't allow you to log in and doesn't provide correct information. When trying to contact catchon cannot get ahold of anyone.
Excellent service. Have had them for 4 years now and no problems. Support always help when needed. I highly recommend them as I always do.
