Very good was the whole setup. Our trip was great. Well looked after by the chalet staff with great food. This chalet Selva Panorama in Val Gardena fit our needs perfectly and was great. Will look to book with this chalet company next season.
Our holiday in St Anton Austria in Chalet Alpkristall was great again! Never disappoints... brilliant chalet company. We've had multiple ski holidays at Cateredskichalets.com (Skichalets.nl) in recent years and they're always great. The firm has a very slick operation, the staff (visible and behind the scenes) are well-trained and professional... and their scale/experience means you get a lot (flights, transfer, chalet, catering, etc) for your money.

We had a wonderful time in St Anton hosted by Bas. From the very start Jolanda on the booking side was exceptionally accommodating, and ensured we had everything that we needed in preparation for getting on the slopes. Bas, our chalet host, made contact with us about 2 weeks pre-arrival, and was incredibly flexible with arrival time and bag drop, and other services like ski pass collection, and recommending lessons.
His cooking was excellent, and was flexible with some of our dietary requirements within the group. We had really good quality, freshly prepared 3 course meals nightly (except for his day off), and alongside an afternoon tea treat where Bas showed off his exceptional baking. The unlimited beer/wine/soft drinks is truly the case (and we hope we are not the cause of a policy change next year). Bas, and Skichalets made a lasting impression on us as a group, and I look forward to working with Jolanda and the team next year to organise a wonderful holiday again.
