Complete scam!

After you've placed an order they wont respond at all! It's been almost 3 months. Yes 3 MONTHS! and I still haven't got my order. It was suppose to come next day after weeks of emailing and calling I just gave up. They don't pick up their phone at all and they don't respond to emails. If I could give them 0 stars then I would, the company isn't even worth 1 star.

First time I've dealt with catering to you, I thought when I first found their website great this is good value for money quick and easy.

However it's been weeks since I've placed my order and I still haven't received it, I have tried to contact them numerous times to which I have had a response one day but since then nothing and I am still waiting.

Was looking forward after finding to being a repeat customer but so far with the service I have received I doubt that will be the case

Honestly placed an order on Tuesday for chrisps, peanuts, water and biscuits just snacks to keep my laybourers energy up during the day.
I didnt recieve a dispatch notification.
However All my items were at home when i got home from work today (Thursday).
Thankyou catering 2 you for the quick delivery during this lockdown!.

This company is selling food on the website they don't have! I have fallen victim and their customer service is non existant. I have email 6 times no response! They have over 100£ of mine that I am still fighting to get back 6weeks later.
Disgusting service. Con artists.

I was concerned about ordering after reading some reviews however as they offered Paypal I knew whether my order was delivered or not, I was protected.

I ordered flour, icing sugar and caster sugar on Sunday and my full order arrived today (Wednesday) so I’m absolutely delighted. Well done catering2you, I know in the current climate it can’t be easy but you have one very happy customer in me!

Only thing I would like to note that in no way affected the service was, I didn’t receive and email to say my order was dispatched (but it was a very welcome surprise when it arrived and understandable in current conditions) and one of the boxes was very damaged and slightly open-all the contents very thankfully fine though!

Impressed with the quality of products at competitive prices, ordered thursday, website said within 5 days I received my full order on the Friday, excellent service.

They advertise food they don't actually have to lure you in. I placed over a £100 order of rice, pasta and bread flour to send to my shielding parents & siblings as I live out of town and wanted to help secure food for them. Only less than a 1/3 of what I ordered came and no rice, no pasta, no flour all the main foods which was the whole point of ordering in first place. Delivery was shown as 7 days..then after I ordered they extended to 14 days with no notice or message to let me know! After 2 weeks waiting and telling my parents not to buy any pasta or rice as it was coming soon, none of it was even there when it came. I was not notified the items were out of stock until the delivery was on the doorstep - if I had been I would have cancelled the whole order before it went for delivery, they had two whole weeks to tell me this info and didn't bother. What is worse is that they still had those items showing available to buy online. I feel this company is a scam preying on people by offering pasta and rice which is hard to get right now knowing they don't have it. I'm so dissapointed as when I found they sold pasta and rice I reccommended them to other families & friends only to find out it's rip off, so I let everyone down. I usually check out a company properly but I was in such a rush to get food for shielding family I fell victim to this company.

I purchased rice, pasta, tomato pasta sauce, breadmix, canned tomatoes, tuna and flour along with some cling film.

I placed my order on the 5th of April and considering most other websites/suppliers had shut there online ordering down I thought I would take a chance.

I received my automated invoice and waited, then on the 15th of April I received most of my order.
Everything with decent best before dates and well packaged.

Only things missing were a bag of rice and some chopped tomatoes which I thought they may ship them separately but around 5 days later I received a refund back on my credit card which was fine.

Every supply company has been under an immense amount of pressure however I'm happy with the products and service I received from Catering2You, thank you.

They say they have stock then take the money. No delivery and when you contact them by email its an automated response. I did get my money back on my credit card after a couple of weeks. Not sure its poor management/website as far as their inventory goes but it doesnt make sense taking money only to have to refund it later...And yes it was flour and biscuit flour I went to the site for.

Like others on the reviews I fully agree with them TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, I made the huge mistake of ordering rice and pasta from their website 3 weeks ago supposedly to be delivered within 7 days, after 14 days the only thing I recieved was a partial refund which was about 50% of my money back , I ended up opening dispute on PayPal to claw the rest of the money back since I NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING, to my horror on the PayPal dispute this company tryed to claim that they had confirmation my goods had been delivered!! , obviously they could not back this up with tracking numbers so I ended up getting my money back with the help of PayPal thankfully. I can only assume the good reviews on here are fake and that of the company scammers, I think this website is not legitimate and its there purely to take your money and give u a false promise of something your not going to get!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Do not order from this uncommunicative company. I ordered a case of flour for a friend who has a disabled daughter. She was struggling to find any flour in local shops and her online grocery orders were being cancelled. I ordered from this place since they were offering a case of 4 of pre mixed bread flour that could be delivered within 7 days. I threw in a box of marshmallows just as an extra treat for the kid.
After waiting longer than 7 days, my friend eventually received the marshmallows with no info about the flour. A few days later I received a partial refund on paypal, however, there was no explanation as to what the refund was for or if any flour was still to be delivered. I tried to contact the company but only got an automated email after a couple of days. I finally realised they had refunded the flour but had charged me the full £10 shipping for the entire order for posting the packet of marshmallows only. Seriously?! So ridiculous. They are unresponsive and clearly taking advantage of this crisis by hiding behind high demand excuses.

I like previous reviewers ordered specifically for the flour they had in stock.
So I bought quite a few other over priced items...
GUESS WHAT I waited 2 weeks for flour that I was going to share with others and I waited 2 WEEKS to get NO FLOUR....Seriously.....you must have when you confirmed the order the flour wasn’t available, I feel TOTALLY CONNED.
There was also another item left out which was included on the delivery note.
Yes we do live in tricky time’s but HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY.
At least I wouldn’t have missed out elsewhere waiting for these JOKERS to deliver. Thanks a bunch!

Happy with products received, well packaged and arrived within the 2 weeks stated. A couple of items were out of stock which was fine and we recieved a refund without requesting it.
I think under the circumstances people should be more understanding and patient, the company are trying to do their best at this very difficult time. We won't hesitate to use them again

Dreadful, wanted a bag of flour and found they had a sack in stock which was well priced so ordered along with another three items which were over priced but on balance worked out fine. Waited over three weeks for delivery and then got our delivery which did not include flour! So we paid for delivery and overpriced goods and didn't get the product we wanted.

Emailed support and they are just processing a refund for the flour and ignoring my emails, not happy.

The majority of the order came within 2 weeks as promised and what didn't turn up was quickly refunded a week later so have patience in this difficult time and hopefully your experience will be the same. Good products at extremely fair prices too so thankyou very much for everything!

CUSTOMER WARNING - I paid for my order over two weeks ago when catering 2you took my money and informed me the items that I purchased were in stock and were being sent out for delivery. Two weeks later they tell me that they had no stock and will be refunding me. A waste of time and they totally lied me. I will never buy from them again as I can not trust what they say. THEY TOTALLY LET ME DOWN!

Avoid this company, waited over two weeks, since no confirmation of dispatch came contacted company, was advised by Josh it would be sent ASAP. I needed the products so was happy to wait. Went on my pay-pal today to find a refund in process which I apparently will not receive till Mid April. So I am left with no products and no money to reorder from another company 😡 To add insult to injury, I went on their site and they are still selling the items they could not dispatch???
