I'm so sorry it sounds like you've not received our replies to your 2 emails. We replied to both emails on the day we received them but maybe our replies are going to your junk. We received your order on 26th November and shipped it on 2nd Dec (within our 5 working day advertised window). It arrived in Germany on 4th Dec and then seems to have been stuck for 10 days in the distribution centre in Germany. However, I've tracked it again now and it is out for delivery today. I very much hope it reaches you quickly and I'm so sorry that you've missed our attempts to stay in touch with you - this must have been frustrating!

As you know we have been working to retrieve your parcels from the incorrect address which came through on your order. With the Royal Mail strike this has not proved possible. Therefore we have made up all new jackets which we are delivering you today by courier to make sure they're with you in good time for your flight.

Second order from Cat in the Hood. Very easy ordering process & timely delivery. The embroidery on the back of the jacket is superb. My only minor grumble is that having bought the child’s camo jacket for my niece, I expected similar quality in the adult size, especially given the price. The adult camo jacket is army surplus, which is fine, but the child’s camo jacket is far superior.

They looked fab!! Great quality, very happy kids. I would say you need to go big, I ordered size 11-12 for my 8 and 9yr old and they were perfect fit, you could not have gone smaller.

Exceptional customer service
The onesie arrived quickly and the embroidery was lovely but there was a hole on the crotch. I contacted them and they have replaced the onesie, sent by first class delivery and given a full refund. The customer service has been impeccable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
