Catit wood clumping litter did not clump, and created a lot of dust causing my cat to sneeze and scratch ☹...trying to return the product was not the easiest...customer services required photographic evidence🎥, and were reluctant to give me a refund...I had to use strong arm 💪tactics against my better nature...and did get a full refund. I have been pleased with other products from Catit in the past, but this experience will make me think twice about ordering from them again ☹

Excellent customer service from Catit UK! I needed a small part for my Catit water fountain. It arrived in super prompt time. I was delighted - my cat even more so!

Terrible company to do business with

This review is for the Vision Feeder as many of the other products are very good.

I recently purchase the Vision Feeder and cannot get the app and system to work properly.

I've left this review so others don't waste their money as I clearly have.

Its a shame the device does not take larger food as your then forced to purchase the Catit Food.

I read that the camera would Pinch Zoom but I could not get this to work.

I set up Schedules but no food was delivered.

The food is very random. You set the system to deliver 1 meal and you could easily end up with just two pieces of food in the bowl.

The app crashes often for no reason. You then need to go through the process of re-installing the device.

The camera is fairly good I have to say the quality of the image is excellent, however it would have been better if it was wide angle. Considering this is a feeder to see your cat is eating well when you are away it points from the ground all the way to the ceiling and there seems no way of adjusting the video.

There are no volume controls on the speaker which is very loud.

The whole product is very loud and disturbing. If this was your normal feeder that you set up when at home it could easily wake you up at night.

The customer service is poor like other reviews. I've tried to find help but received one reply which never addressed the problems I was having.

I've returned the product but accepted I've probably lost £200.00 and would be surprised if I ever see the money again.

This has really put me off Catit as I have some other products which are really great. Personally I would avoid the tech stuff and stick with grooming kits and simple stuff which they do well.

Great company, fantastic customer service, and the products are worth the higher costs. Such amazing quality! This cat carrier is going to last for years 😊🥰

I ordered a catit vesper high base cat stand but unfortunately the wrong colour was delivered. I contacted them via email and instantly received impeccable customer service from Cassie F, one of the customer service advisors. As I was on a tight time scale for the item, she arranged for the delivery of the right coloured stand, along with the collection of the wrong stand for the following day. I understand mistakes are bound to happen from time to time, as with every business but what turned this around was the service I received, everything from start to finish was polite, efficient and catered to me. I couldn't fault the way it was handled. Thank you very much for all your help!

I ordered an automatic cat feeder from catit in February. After 6 months it kept getting blocked and stopped releasing any cat biscuits. The motor which is pretty flimsy seemed to have stopped working. I have been using Whiskers cat biscuits for the entire time. When I contacted them, they asked me to send a picture of the cat biscuits next to a ruler, they then said that the biscuits were all different sizes and one of the cat biscuits on the photo was bigger than 9mm and therefore would block the feeder (even though that particular biscuit didn't block the feeder!!). An extremely unhelpful response and a huge waste of money. I wouldnt bother buying this product unless you are prepared to check all your cat biscuits to ensure there isnt any rogue 9mm plus ones in there!

We have two Vespa Cat Towers (Catit) they are great, and our kittens love them. Well worth the price, a quality product that looks so much better than the fur lined towers. The parts can be replaced, when we needed helo with 2 scathing posts recently customer services were ace. Thanks Jonathan :) Would definitely recommend.

My cat is not yet 3 years old, but in that time I have had two Pixi feeders. On both the plastic devices that deliver the food have broken. One retailer somewhat ill-naturedly replaced the feeder, but now that too has failed. It has been possible to effect a patch-up to get it working again, but that can only be regarded as temporary.
I cannot see that it is worth buying a third until Catit have made the mechanism more reliable - a stainless steel part instead of plastic would solve the problem of brittle plastic, or better still a wholly stainless steel,
feeder re-engineered to be reliable and long-lasting would be worth paying for.

I would like to thank Jonathan for his amazing assistance on an issue I had with my new Catit water fountain. He has been fantastic and resolved the issue promptly. UK needs more customer care agent like him. Thank you Jonathan :)

Ordered four packets of Catit Nibbly Wraps the other day. Unpleasantly surprised to see the expiry date two months away. It should be good practice to state on the website the item price has been reduced due to expiry date - Sep 2023.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Catit's customer service. I purchased their expensive Catit stainless steel Pixie water fountain, which worked fine initially. However, after only a year of use, the pump stopped working correctly while the product is still under warranty. I reached out to the company and provided them with photos and a video showing the faulty fountain, along with a photo of a clean and unclogged pump. To my disappointment, their response was that I should clean it with vinegar as they could “see limescale”, despite my regular cleaning every two weeks.

Following their advice, I used both vinegar and a gentle descaling solution to descale the fountain. However, the pump ceased to function entirely over the course of the following week. I sent two additional follow-up emails to Catit, but they have ignored me completely since then. Regrettably, I had no option but to purchase a new pump on my own.

This has been the most terrible customer service experience I've ever encountered. I strongly discourage purchasing any products from Catit, as they offer no assistance even during the warranty period. Furthermore, I have retained all correspondence, including the case number 00414517, so Catit cannot claim they cannot find it.

I’ve had my catit water fountain for a few years now and both my cats and dogs love drinking from it.
When I contacted carit customer service, they were very quick to reply to my query and help with my problem (my puppy chewed my flower on the fountain) and offer a solution.
Definitely a company I would recommend.

The service was excellent and the replacement door for the cat carrier was first class.Their customer service is so friendly and they'll help you all they can.
The box can also be upcyled as a cat play box.Very natty box.Great experience with Cat it and great people to deal with.

The water fountain pump broke around 6 months after purchase.

I purchased a Catit vesper high base cat tower six months ago. Although it looked great at first the scratch poles only last about 3 months before they need changing and I only have one elderly cat who uses it! Whilst I’ve been able to buy replacements for the taller poles I’ve been told today they do not even sell the replacements for the shorter poles. So either I have to leave them looking awful or replace the whole unit. I am so disappointed.
My precious cat tower lasted a few years before it needing replacing.
I would not recommend buying these towers.

Fab customer service, I misplaced some parts to my cat carrier and they have offered to send out the parts free of charge.

Replacement Parts
I visited the website to purchase replacement clasps for my Cabrio carrier but had to email as they were not listed as parts to buy. My email was responded to very quickly and I received the clasps within days free of charge as well as treats for the cats. Outstanding service!!!

We purchased our cat water fountain over 1 Yr ago and was not too sure how long the guarantee was for. When the white led on the pump stopped working, I emailed Catit and had a prompt reply. They asked for a short video about my problem. This was done and they told me to take it back to where I purchased it for a complete replacement fountain. Excellent Customer service from Catit. No problem either from Pets@home who honoured the replacement for click n' collect from my local store. Some other companies would benefit from following Catit example as to how a decent company should deal with items just out of the guarantee period.

I bought a Catit Pixi water fountain from our local petshop around 18months ago. The pump lights had stopped working and we were having issues with knowing when to refill.
I emailed Catit customer service to ask about buying a replacement pump, they replied within a day or two and agreed to send me a replacement! Free of charge as a gesture of good will. I was so impressed and grateful. They even included some treats for my cat to enjoy. The pump arrived a few days later by DPD.
Amazing customer service and great quality products.
