I ordered two sweatshirts on 3 October 2020 at cost of 59,90$ order no #13460

The money was immediately taken. I received a mail saying that due to Covid, shipping was delayed (from USA). I am in France/Europe.

Since then I have emailed twice receiving NO reply and today sent a third email, checking the address against their one mail confirming receipt of order. I only today thought of checking their existence and discover, what I feared, that I've been scammed. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I bought and pay with my card a present for a familiar on April 3, 2020 that today, 26 of December 2020 I haven't received yet. It seems it went lost when arrived in Spain by plain and then was impossible to track it (even they couldn't it seems). I had included and paid for insurance just in case something happened. After interchanging fifteen emails, no more news, no purchase and no refund. So PLEASE DON'T BUY TO THEM.

Took my order and my money - but never delivered. I feel scammed for sure. they don't reply to emails. I have reported them to Shopify.

I have NEVER received my order. Cleared my account 10-6-20. Please someone in the company ck into.

They took my money instantly and never received any tracking info. I've emailed and also called and they don't reply. BIG SCAM. Stay away!

I ordered a jumper 2 months ago and have not received it. They have taken my money but not sent anything or replied to any of my emails. I agree with others that this looks like a scam, but all reviews seem to be recent which makes me think they are having issues because of Covid?? If they would only answer our enquiries and explain the situation that would be very different, but do far everything suggests that this is just a scam.

I received my items in approximately a month but the material is terrible. Also got duped as the website makes it look American but when it shipped and I saw it was coming from an asian address I knew I was in trouble. They have a no returns policy.

Yes it’s a scam. I ordered a shirt and never got. I tried to get in touch with them and couldn’t get a person to talk to. I also wrote them an email. I called my credit card company today and disputed the charge. Just don’t order from them...period.

Catpack Shop is a SCAM. They use US post office addresses to make it look like they are from the states, but they are from CHINA. They take your money the second you submit the order, then you NEVER RECEIVE your merchandise. I've been waiting 4 months now for an order that will never show up. Can't believe they keep getting away with this thievery.

Exactly the same as the other reviewers. Ordered and paid for a jumper from Catpack months ago. No sign of it and they are not replying to emails. Clearly a scam. So angry.

I ordered and paid for a sweater from cat pack via the website at the end of July, it's now almost October and I've not received anything.
I believe this to be a SCAM. And they draw people in who genuinely love the idea of being able to help animals and buy something fun, disgusting.

If you have also been scammed, report them to the BBB and federal trade commission. YOU DO NOT SAY YOU ARE HELPING CATS IN NEED AND THEN SCAM PEOPLE! ON BEHALF OF ACTUAL CATS IN NEED, HAVE FUN IN JAIL CATPACK SCAMMERS!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! Bought a shirt 2 months ago and they took my money and are now no longer replying to emails, and my item still says it's waiting to be sent out. Unfortunately I've searched and found out now from other websites multiple people have now had this problem.
