We started with a simple mission: to provide high-quality, innovative products that standard pet shops simply don't carry. We view ourselves as your personal scouts—searching for the "hidden gems" of the pet world so you don't have to. We focus on cat products at first place and we are officially expanding our curation to include products for mini and small dogs in 2026, bringing our decades of experience to a new generation of pet parents.

Always a pleasure

I've ordered from cats1st a few times before. They always send the order quickly. The products are cute and the price is reasonable for being Japan imports. I like the quality of the Japanese cat products that aren't normally available in the UK and my cat seems to really like everything I've purchased, so I'm glad this site exists and I'm glad they provide great service.
