I was having difficulty installing Microsoft Office Suite so I entered a chat with Emir.. He was ever so patient with me and hung in there through the entire arduous process. It was a lengthy endeavor and I could not have gotten this done without his help. Thanks Emir for a great customer service experience.

we were very satisfied with Jesus's help he spoke pleasantly and answered our questions. But I was very disappointed that I did not get what I ordered and the invoice named the product I ordered. I also will not be refunded automatically and that makes me worried .
Actually, as I was typing, I received a message that the order was refunded! I'm very pleased!

I purchased this software on January 25 but was unsuccessful in installing it. I became frustrated with the process and the multiple chat sessions with no resolve to my issue. Today Joe offered help was professional and even installed software but the product installation ID is bogus. When I tried to confirm it with Microsoft, they said that they did not recognize it as a valid product. Proceed with great caution.

I had asked for a refund on a Parallels program that I had just recently bought and didn't know that my computer needed an update as I was informed I was 3 updates behind. I updated it and then found out that the said program wouldn't even finish updating and that I would have to upgrade said program and pay more for the upgrade. I didn't want to pay more, nor I didn't need the current program I had just bought. So I sent out an email to a few email addresses that I had in my email from Catsoft and Parellels and found a "chat" button. I had clicked on it and had receive and answer from a live person, Carl. I had explain to Carl what my situation was, he had already found my emails and was already on the process of my refund and just needed my order #. I gave it to him and he had processed my request for a refund immediately with no questions asked. Thank you Carl for your quick response and high excellent customer service. :)

Anne`s service was beyond exceptional WOW!!

I generally find IT support functions severely lacking....However Anne at Catsoft was a beacon of help quick and efficient. I will use Catsoft again
