We ordered two cat collars with two tags. The collars looked really nice on our cats, and the tags were beautiful and well crafted. They even offered to replace one of them after we told them we had made a mistake in the design. All very pleasant.

Delivery time took longer then expected after giving a 5-7 day estimate it took 3 weeks. Reached out to customer service and they replied promptly within hours and advised the order was still on the way.
I do advise that they should try and provide tracking and estimate the delivery time better to give customers a piece of mind.
Oh dear - I wish I’d read these other reviews first. Seeing Cathay.co.uk I stupidly thought this was a UK based company. Nah. Now well into week 2 and still no delivery despite a 3-5 day delivery estimate. I’ve now had to buy 2 new collars and have 2 tags engraved locally. This will now be a waste of £30, if they ever arrive that is.

Cattag is a scam company pretend like they make sayesinde from uk! İt has been nearly a month my order didnt arrive. They can not provide tracking details, can not confirm delivery time. Dont order anything from this company. Waste money
This is one of many pet tag sites all pretending certain things that aren’t true: do not use. I wish I’d read reviews. Product comes from a very far away country, poor quality, late. Global scam.
