I had a problem with my oven That required two visits - both times the work was carried out to a high standard and in a very polite manner. Also price wise very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Installation of an American Fridge freezer and removal of old one. Prompt, (Notified by phone half an hour before arrival.) Very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Everything checked. Advised on setup and use of appliance before left. Would definitely use again.

I had a problem with my Amana Ice Maker and was going to order a part from Cattermole on line.
After speaking to Dave he explained it may not be the part that I thought that needed replacing.
He advised me to try a few things before ordering He was correct I would have ordered the wrong part.
The part arrived safety and I fitted it. The problem was not rectified but after speaking to another member of staff who kindly rang me back I was quickly able to sort the problem out.
I have used Cattermole previously for parts and have always found there service and advice first class I would highly recommend.

We called Cattermole Electrical when our oven element burnt out. Of the few companies we called they actually responded with a very reasonable price and turned up promptly. The work was completed by one of the owners and he was quick and efficient l. The price was exactly as quoted. They cover most electrical items in the kitchen and we will definitely use them again:

But the level of service they have given me and helping diagnosing the problem and giving me service manual information to test and fix it is brilliant. Thank you Jamie.
