Worst quality and bad customer service
The cat tree we ordered took over a month to arrive and the quality of the material is super poor, it didn’t even hold together and was going to tip over with a simple push. It is not at all able to hold out cats and is just not sturdy at all. Any cat that jumps on it would tip it over.
We have had to problem solve and remove a whole section and shorten it incredibly just to make it a little bit safe. The quality of the material is soooo basic, it’s already chipped and there weren’t even any instructions to put it together, I do not like to buy from companies like temu due to the poor conditions of workers and materials used and I’m pretty sure this is from one of those sites because of the package and language on the box despite it being a .com.au site. I have written a request for a refund but haven’t heard back. It was off gassing so bad I had to put it in the garage as the chemical smell was giving me a headache. I don’t know what to do with it now because I know it will cost too much to send it back. I do not want to exchange it for another one. We waited a long time for it and I’m very disappointed with the cost we paid for it. Do not buy from there.
