Love it
I am really not a fan of protective phone cases because the ones I’ve had before always feel bulky. I ordered the Sheath case on the recommendation of a friend and I love it! It feels sturdy, but is also thin enough that it looks sleek. I made a mistake when ordering so I had to contact customer service, and they were easy to work with. Overall great product!
Non-existent customer service when it matters
Ordered a case for my new IPhone after being impressed with my last case from the company.
They said it should ship end of September and hear nothing well into October. I then decide to go a different way and ask for a refund on their portal. I wait a few days and still nothing, before I eventually get a message saying “we hear you” and they proceed to IGNORE me and process a 10% refund for the delays incurred but keep the order active.
I respond immediately saying that’s not what I wanted and that I want them to cancel for a full refund. Nothing received back for a few days before an email saying the item has been dispatched.
So disappointed at the complete lack of customer service. I expect a full refund including a refund of the shipping fees as this is clearly not how you should treat patient customers. I’m especially annoyed as it’s a good product which I won’t use again purely for poor customer service.

Ok, I've used their cases for years.
The sheath is a brilliant case, this time around though as it's not available I went for the paragon not my thing but each to their own.
The trouble this year is the customer support. Beyond shocking, I get a quicker response from my electricity provider who deals with millions of people. The only way I found to actually get a response was to reach out to their social media team give them a nudge.
So basically..
Cases great but be sure what you are getting as it's an utter ballache to return or even get a response.
I will add previous years its been great

Poor customer service
I've been waiting for the release of iPhone 17 case. After 3 weeks of waiting, I requested to cancel the order since it hasn't been released. I accidentally selected the reason for cancellation was due to a wrong color choice, and I got a customer service reply within 5 minutes. I responded back several times, saying I needed to just cancel the order. I haven't received any type of response for 6 days after several requests. No number to call, just their email system. I bought many cases in the past, but that will change now.

I love their products but I am tired of waiting
I love their products; they last and offer a guarantee. I have never had an issue with product quality. My major concern is the delayed shipping of the iPhone 17 cases. A phone case is something we need quickly to protect the device. I ordered my case early weeks ago and it is still not here. On their website, they mention shipping delays, but updates have been infrequent. It's been almost 3 weeks since I ordered my case, and no sign of it or it even being shipped. This is dissapointing and frustrating, offer some money back for this extended delay or provide the option to cancel my order.
Update 10/16: Customer service did reach out to me. They were very aware of the shipping delays and acknowledged the impact it was having on customers. I did receive a 30% refund for the case I purchased. My understanding is the case has not yet shipped. I recognize a lot of factors causing this delay are outside of their control but it's still a challenging experience for customers. I will update my review once I do receive the product.

Great Products, Improved Customer Response
I’ve been really impressed with the quality of Caudabe’s products, truly amazing craftsmanship that stands out. However, I’m disappointed with the shipping experience. My order, expected to ship late September, still has no updates as of October 9th. The lack of accountability for these delays and the absence of any discounts or gestures to address the issue feel underwhelming for a brand of their caliber. Hope they step up to match their product excellence!

Top notch products
Top notch products. I've been buying Caudabe for years and have used their cases with phones for myself and the rest of my family. In the few instances where I've had a problem, they've bent over backwards to take care of me. My last order didn't reach me in time where I previously was, so they promptly shipped another order to me at my new location. They didn't have to do that at all as it was my fault entirely for the mixup. Much appreciated!
Best case & customer service
I recently upgraded to the 17 Pro and was in search of a new case and found Caudabe. I got the Synthesis case with the pink buttons and I absolutely love it. When I was ordering, I accidentally put in the wrong address and their support team also helped me correct it and was super friendly. I'm recommending them to everyone I know and am already eyeing that bright orange case!!
Service you won’t find anywhere else
Shopped with Caudabe for many years and their service is what sets them apart. They will ALWAYS look after their customers, and is what will hopefully keep me coming back for many years to come.

After the review support reached out and resolved my issues rather promotly explaining the reasoning for the delay. I’m leaving it at 3 because had this been communicated before hand it wouldn’t have been an issue. The cases are still decent with maybe a little too premium price tag.

Cases decent, returns policy leaves a lot to be desired as they require you destroy the case which feels incredibly suspicious that they would then turn round and deny the return. No return form to fill in prior either, you have to just trust them.
The worst part though is the customer service, i’ve had a ticket open for almost 2 weeks to do a return, i’ve had one whole reply to my numerous messages confirming destroying a perfectly good case that I simply wish to return because it was too slippery in the hand is the only way.
Because of that fact alone, despite the subsequent case I bought being alot better I could never recommend Caudabe to anyone.

Order not shipped, and no reply from customer service
I pre-ordered Sheath - iPhone 17 Pro (Precise) - Celestial Blue on september 12, with shipping expected late september.
We are now in the beginning of October and still have not received any shipping notice.
Contacting their support on email, gives you an autoreply stating an answer will come in 1-2 days.
I sended my email asking for shipping status on sept 29, now its october 3, and still no reply from their support.
So far a really bad experience from this company.

Product still not arrived after 2 weeks
I ordered the Caudabe Paragon case for my S25 Ultra on the 19th of September. I got an email shortly after stating that I would receive my phone case within 2-4 days. It has now been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my case or even an update on my order. I sent them an email 5 days after my order and a further 6 emails without reply. Absolutely terrible customer service. I just want the phone case that I ordered! For the cost of this product I would expect it to arrive on time and have good customer support. Would not recommend

Terrible customer service and the worst…
Terrible customer service and the worst company ever, ordered a case then decided to return as I wasn’t happy with the quality. Ignored my emails and then only emailed back once I had contacted their instagram channel,
Had to pay £18 to send back due to tariffs and they refuse to refund it.

I made an online purchase for the Sheath to fit my 17 pro max on 15th September and it stated 2-4 days Delivery confirmation. I have emailed several times for tracking info quoting my order reference and have had no response. I’m contemplating cancelling my order and going elsewhere, customer service is ridiculously poor. So we are now at the end of the month and still no shipping date or tracking number. I have a new iPhone without a case and a limited time to trade-in my old device. Apparently this company has a warehouse in the UK! I’ve ordered items as far away as Asia and never had to wait this long for an item to ship. Such a poor service.

I recently purchased the Sheath case and screen protectors for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The Sheath is hands down the best case I’ve ever used, slim, stylish, and with a fantastic feel in the hand.
Overall, both the product quality and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Contacted Caudabe for a refund but no refunds are available, Only a like for like replacement! Why would I want the same product that has already failed on me once? Avoid Avoid Avoid
