Absolutely the best flag I've ever owned. Way better than the ones at the box stores. Will definitely be buying again

I recently bough a firewood kindling splitter from Cavelry.
Be where it is tiny and useless for what it say it is used for.
Dont waste your money.

I place an order early 2022 today is 10/20/2023 and I haven’t received my order!!! They sure did take the $275 right when I placed the order though!!

No communication. Poor quality products. No customer support. Buy your flags elsewhere

I wish there was a lower rating. I ordered flags on June 10 2022. As of this date, with multiple emails sent to the company, I have received nothing from them except for the order conformation. They will not respond to e-mails and have no other way to contact them.

Like the rest.... ordered my flag over a year ago.and never received it

I placed a large order with this company and chose them because they stated they were veteran owned. I never received anything from them despite months of trying to contact them. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and received a letter today from the BBB stating they had closed the case due to no response from the company and advised I contact the Attorney Generals office or file a claim with small claims court. As far as the company goes, all I can say is shame on them. They state to be a USA Veteran owned company. Is this how Americans treat Americans now? We try to support our Veterans by buying from them and this is the price we pay. Very disappointing that they are willing to mar the good Veteran businesses out there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.....(unless you have money to burn)

Order placed on Sept 14, 2022. Received email stating, "Please expect significant delivery delays on orders, due to COVID and supply chain issues" which was understandable. Unfortunately, I have NOT received a reply to my email of Dec 12, 2022 requesting an update on my order. I'm guessing they are either out of business and or don't care about their customers. I feel that I have been ripped off!

SCAM!!! I ordered in August. 4 months later, still no flag and no replies to my status requests.

I placed my order in June, my credit card was chargred immediately even though you tell me there will be a significant wait time. It has been over 5 months and I have been waiting. Phone calls have not been answered. Emails have not been answered. My summary of my experience is:I HAVE BEEN TAKEN AND YOU ARE A SCAMMER!! i will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.

Many phone calls & emails to the Customer Service Dept, combined with submitting a Customer Service response on their website. All unanswered. Same song & dance as the other reviews. I only ordered from this company because my husband and I are a dual-active duty couple and wanted to support a fellow veteran who sells American made products. Disappointed that I got scammed. Good Morning!  I placed order #5XXX9 for a flag sixty-two days ago. I have not received the flag or an email confirming it was shipped. I did read & do understand your notice that there will be delays due to COVID-19.  However, I wasn’t expecting it to be over two months. 

Can you please provide an estimated ship date?  If the flag will not be able to be delivered by the end of November, I will need a refund of $80.28 that was paid to Cavalry Flags on Sep 13, 2022.

FRAUD. Our church ordered 2 flags over 8 weeks ago. I have tried to call (phone line just drops off) and email with no response. Even filed a complaint with the BBB.

I put in a order in August 2022, for 2 flags and they immediately took the money out of the account and sent confirmation. I have not seen or heard from them. I have sent emails to the company and have had no response:( absolutely disgusted that they are ripping people off and are being aloud to do so. I wish I would have seen all these reviews before hand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Ordered 2 Flags on August 29, 2022 and never have heard from them. No customer service department all. I filed a dispute with my CC company and they have not responded to them after 30 days. Total scam

I ordered 2 flags on July 15, 2022. Received confirmation and order id. They charged my credit card immediately and its been three months and I have not received my order. Sent several emails to the company and no response. I am a Vietnam Veteran and order from this company because it is Veteran owned. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.

I purchased one of their flags after doing a bit of research to ONLY buy made in the USA flag. I seen they were made by veterans, as I am a Vietnam Veteran. I loved the flag when I got it but within a year the blue section of the flag had faded greatly, and now looks like a grey color. I had written them, only to be ignored with no response twice, about this problem and never even received and answer. I tried doing the right thing by buying USA flag and made by Veterans but it don’t appear your company backs their product or care to respond. I am beginning to regret my purchase and dont want to buy US Flags made anywhere else but so far you are leaving me no options. Service, response and material are sub par. And they support veterans along with proud of being made in the USA... think again before buying from this company..... Very disappointed is an understatement. Shame on Cavalry Flags for the scam American Pride.

Ordered American Flag July 18, 2022. Purchased flag from here due to being Veteran Owned. Money taken from account same day of order. After a month with no email or any contact sent email to them about order as others have stated no response. I have sent 4 emails and have tried calling all a failure. All they need to do is respond to inquiries about order and I guess per their site they're to busy working on orders due to covid give me a break and send my flag or money.!!!

We purchased an outdoor US flag on April 3, 2022. Today is September 22,2022 and we still have not received our flag and the funds were withdrawn from our bank account in April. Very poor service!

Am a member of many veteran organizations will advise all to stay clear, even their email is returned by mail demon.

I had ordered a Marine flag on Aug 20th, and I didn't receive it. My checking account was charged twice for it on August 22nd. Never will I order anything from this place ever again. I just want my Marine flag. Please return my money to me, if u are not going to send me the flag.
