I ordered an XL in pants and they are way too small. I normally wear a medium. Though the pants would be comfortable for yard work. A coat, on the other hand, is much too large. Their web site "does not exist". I guess I will donate to Goodwill. Follows old adage that "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is".

Absolute scam. I haven’t even received my order. They keep telling me that it will be a few more days and don’t provide a tracking number. They have been telling me this for weeks. Now they don’t even bother to respond

Absolute garbage. Fake website presence claiming to be Canadian store selling off inventory. Great photos and return guarantees. Canadian store now vanished only New York store. Product arrives. No labels. Trash product. Cashmere sweater is T-shirt material. Sizes are madly wrong. I’ve sent a dispute to my Visa company and cancelled my card so they cannot access it anymore

Ordered 2 shirts, they arrived and were cheap polyester crap. Nothing like what they were supposed to be. Fraud all the way. Stay away

Fake site pretends to be a storefront closing in Toronto and moving to Calgary.
Items shipped are not as pictured or described. The 100% cashmere turns out to be 100% polyester.
Company’s claims to be Canadian but any returns or exchanges must be shipped to China.

Beware. Absolute fraud !
Advertises cashmeres but delivers polyesters. Delivers from China no label cheap substitute. Return charges equal to product cost with advice that shipping is uncertain and might be subject to duty and might take a month.

I wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase. My experience was the same as others, horrible.
A fake story about closing down their Toronto store. They have no North American location at all. Everything comes from China and must be shipped back there at the customer's expense. Even if they send you the wrong product or the wrong size. If you decide to return the item, it will cost you more than the item is worth, and you will likely not get a refund or replacement item.
These types of merchants give a bad name to legitimate businesses trying to sell their products online.

To process a return you have to send your item back to the factory in China, almost doubling the cost of the item as return costs 'start' at a minimum of 40 Euros (not Canadian $). The company told me to expect significant delays at customs and processing, and expect additional charges along the way- so who would want to do this? Sizes are smaller than Canadian sizes so beware. The jacket I purchased is very nice, but too small- and now I am stuck with it. All I wanted was to exchange for a larger size. Yikes

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but I had to pick something I waited a month for my order and it to come and have the most ridiculous size I have ever seen they won’t send me a return label so I can’t even send it back and not answering any of my emails DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Do not buy anything from this company. Images of clothes on Facebook are nothing like the real item. To get a refund you need to send it back to China. Avoid avoid avoid
