Are you sure your order was from CAVERN MENSWEAR and not CAVERN CORNER as we are getting mixed up with cavern corner a lot?
Ordered 3 things from the site around 4 weeks ago now. 3 days after ordering I was called by an unknown number (One of the team) to say that they no longer have 2 of the products in my size but will send out alternative to replace them which I was happy with. I mentioned I was going away so needed the items in time. The items arrived and I was happy with one item that I ordered. All of the other things I wanted to send back (which I never ordered). I sent over an email to the team on the given email and they responded after 48 hours. Unfortunately the Information they gave wasn't clear so I followed up 7 days later to ask for more info ( After my holiday ) They then responded after 14 days of my order being sent to me to say I was no longer Entitled to a refund and wasn't able to send the items back. So now I'm stuck with £100 worth of items which i never ordered in the first place! Please Beware of this company!!!

I brought some trainers from this site. After a couple of wears the writing of the trainers started wiping away and the trainers just started to mess up. I contacted the company twice once through there website and once through e Mail despite waiting for a answer for ages I got no help or reply and I was completely ignored by this company. I wil never recommend shopping from this website again. The whole experience about helping their costumer was horrible
