No replies to numerous emails for an item not received. Have to claim through credit card now, This company should not be running.

Avoid this company. They ignore your emails when you try to make a return, despite 30 day return/refund guarantee listed on website. Clothing is undersized and very cheap looking. I'm reporting them to trade standards.

Really bad company! Ordered on the 18th of May and still waiting on it arriving and it's the 18th of June. I wish I had read the reviews! Fobbed off when I contacted them and requested a refund.....still waiting on a reply! Avoid like the plague. I recieved a message this morning. I had contacted the customer services and as predicted they offered me a 50% refund and claim that in their policies it states that when an item is on sale £7.50 off £50 which meant I paid £42.50! You cannot return the item which I have not recieved! I have advised them to send the refund and will update on how long this takes. I have informed them that as a consequence of their poor customer services, I will be reporting them to trading standards and what ever other professional organisation available to protect the public from their scam company.

If I could give zero star I would.
Ordered a 2 piece trouser suit at the beginning of May and a month later no sign of it. The event I wanted it for has now passed.

I purchased a cream co ord & when I received it there was a rip in side of the top also it was very discoloured & very poor quality-so it was a total reject!!When I emailed them they said I can’t return it as it was on promotion

This company is a scam.. I order a item for my partner in the 2nd may this year and still not received. Do not buy of this site

Stay away from this company absolute rubbish clothing and customer service, I wouldn’t even rate them a star as not deserving. The website looks good and looks UK based, but it’s from China. The items take much longer than 7-10 days and they are nothing like what’s shown on the website. When you try to return, they will tell you because it’s discounted by (£5) they do not refund but will give you 15% refund as good will gesture and you can gift the item. I bought a 2 piece trouser smart outfit, which looked like a satin material in an off white almost grey, when I received it was a synthetic thin cheap awful material and looked more like a light baby pink colour. Wouldnt even give it to a charity shop, so have binned it. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Don’t waste your time or money !!

Don't not deal with this company, they are scammers. Poor quality goods, not as advertised. Website states easy returns!! They won't provide you with a return address and when u ask for a refund they offer you a discount on the goods and say u can give it to your friends. Beware, don't buy from them

Wow wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! Paid £98 for x 2 outfits 30th April.. STILL not received goods and no progress on tracking since 3rd May. Asked for a refund as not confident that will arrive and told that can’t issue as ‘shipped’. I asked where exactly were the goods.. UK? Couldn’t give me an answer! Quoted 7-10 business days to arrive when ordering! Don’t waste your money!!

Tried to cancel on 1st May, after reading all trust pilot comments, but they stated the order had been dispatched (but obviously not, as I still don’t have my order)

Awful company !!
I managed to try and return an item as it was not how it was shown online but the returns label was not even their address ! So they are now blaming me for sending it to a different address! This was the only address given ! Avoid !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . they say they accept returns but they don’t ! There clothing is a very poor quality and made from cheap fabric and looks nothing like it does on their advertising . I am requesting refund from my bank as not as described .

I purchased what looked like a beautiful two piece set - professional looking website, all looking good. The set, once it arrived (after a number of weeks) is unwearable- cheap shiny polyester material - like poor quality lining and ridiculous shoddy workmanship and finishes. Don’t waste your money!

Avoid this company! Clothing received is a cheap imitation of the clothing pictured on the website! Website looks UK based but clothing is actually sent from China. They also do not do returns and refunds! An expensive mistake ordering anything from here! 😡

Absolutely shocking company, service, material. DO NOT BUY anything from this bunch of cowboys, fraudsters, thief’s! What you see is nothing like what you get. My size 12/14 trouser twin set took nearly a month to arrive. Finally got it yesterday, I’m still not over the shock of how bad it is, material mega shiny and cheap. The size is laughable. About size 10 top with size 18 bottoms. I hope this bunch get caught out soon😡

Do NOT buy anything from here. TERRIBLE quality and they won’t let me return it which is very strange!!!!!! Also, took 3 weeks to arrive and delivery says 7-10 days. I emailed to ask when it would arrive and they replied delivery 7-10 days even though we was well into 2 weeks already. I needed this outfit for a celebration so it was too late, although I wouldn’t have worn it anyway once i saw it, it was going straight back (if I could) I suppose I’ve now learnt to NOT buy from a company I’ve never heard of so, silver lining and all that 😂

Absolutely terrible customer service! Product is too small but they will not let me return for refund. DO NOT buy from this company! What a disgrace

Purchased product which was advertised as fully refundable. Product too short. Offered 20% refund, I declined, requested full refund. Sent numerous emails & was advised I was eligible for refund but no further communication on how to return & have been ghosted! Avoid.
