Unfortunately most of the juice had…
Unfortunately most of the juice had leaked into the delivery van evidently ruining several of the deliveries to people, the driver said it leaked everywhere. We have had this problem with the cartons before from several supermarket deliveries and it seems the plastic top comes apart from the cardboard packaging. After sending an e mail to cawstons to this effect they were really quick to refund my money so thank you for that, but we are still unable to buy the juice anywhere nearby, not sure which date it happened now!

We’re really happy to hear you enjoy our juices. However I’m sorry for this disappointment with your delivery.
Unfortunately the area around the cap can be somewhat fragile and can be loosened if knocked or dropped.
We will be reviewing our packaging for online deliveries to make sure we're providing the best solution for safe delivery.
I’d buy Cawstons every time
I recently ordered some Cawstons online and they delivered the wrong ones. I thought it was my fault, tucked happily into them and thought nothing of it. Customer service followed up shortly, apologised and sent the right ones immediately. The service and the product could not be better.

I bought 12 x 3 flavours of sparkling juices. They arrived promptly and well-packaged.
The juices are delicious, my personal favourite being Elderflower.

Customer service update received
Have received explanation from company which was sent on Monday as soon as offices opened. Now awaiting delivery. Therefore an increasing stars as impressed with service, just hope to get correct order asap. Ordered 2 cases of 12 bottles of sparkling rhubarb totalling £40 plus postage.
Went to collect, received 2 bottle of smallest bottles imaginable.
Waiting for explanation from company.

Delivery and Quality
