All gamma mostly and beta radiation on cb1. Be careful dont join them . Most off my work colleagues have complained about this . Cb1 will say this and promise theyll get a strain u want . Was waiting too long for Hindu kush . And they still don't have it . What a useless clinic

New to the medical cannabis scene, but long time self prescribed, I have found my experience to be nothing short of excellent. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the process is easy, the app is easy to use and the products have been excellent.
Compared to other clinics it is excellent value, it is £50 for the year including everything except medication and postage which is excellent value in my opinion.

Honestly, this is the best experience with healthcare I've ever had. I've now been with them for a month, and my live has turned round. The NICE guidelines of the NHS has made getting help with chronic pain impossible, I felt trapped. However, having a prescription with CB1 has really made a difference. I have more control over my prescription, I can try different ones (after the initial prescription) to see whats better for me. If something isn't pre-approved, all I need to do is email them and the reply is usually pretty quick.
They're relaxed when talking on the phone, but knowledgeable. As someone with AuDHD it makes it easier to talk on the phone to them.
Its nice to have some freedom and some control over my own healthcare

What a wonderful experience it was to finally end 24 years of chronic pain and misery.
I was very happy with how friendly and understanding Dr Tordoff was.
I was relieved with how easy and stress free the eligibility process and consultations were.
The consistency and potency of the medication means I need to use far less, giving me excellent value for money, it really does go allot further in a Dynavap device.
The Aurora 918 carts are incredibly discrete and surprisingly effective in low doses allowing me to medicate and function with day to day life unlike heavy opioids !!
The repeat prescription service is very good and my medication has always arrived within 3 working days of ordering which for a special licenced medication is incredible.
I have never had an issue with ordering or communication with the clinic and the products are reasonably priced.
I can't recommend CB1 Medical enough, they have changed my life and made me cry but in a good way !!

I have been with this clinic a year. I email to ask a question about a specific product and was advised it was out of stock, that I required my annual chargeable consultation and hopefully the product would be back in stock when I had completed that procedure. I immediately paid for that consultation and a date was added three weeks in the future.
I note the product I requested information about is not available and has never been so I was lied to at that juncture.
The day of my appointment came and the doctor did not call me. I called to find out if there was any information and they could tell me nothing! They couldn’t tell me if the doctor had turned up for work they couldn’t tell me if I was going to get an appointment. They didn’t offer me a new appointment and they refuse to tell me anything about what was happening.
This was an extremely uncomfortable situation as it feels like the company is going out of business or something extremely questionable as their actions are highly suspicious.
I have requested my money back. I have not received my money back..

I spoke to someone on the phone first to confirm my eligiblity, did EVERYTHING the app asked, waited weeks and weeks, sent an email, waited days again. After chasing them AGAIN I get an email saying they're waiting for my summary care record, and I have to go to my GP reception to do it. I phoned to ask whether i couldn't use the NHS app/login that i use at Curaleaf. I explained that i was autistic, anxious, stressed. I used firm but unshouting voice with no swearing. The receptionist started giving excuses about how the member of staff has left, or they don't treat autism, or I haven't received sufficient alternative forms of treatment. At my suggestion I uncovered that i could use the NHS app and 'take screenshots' of everything they (hadn't asked for). I wasn't nice enough to bother with apparently so she hung up on me. A very disappointing experience, frustrating and upsetting in the extreme. Feeling so voiceless and unheard in a medical setting. Inconsistent policies, unprofessional, not a clinic, basically.

I moved to CB1 three months ago after negative experiences with another clinic. I'm over the moon with my decision. It's such a simple, efficient service and the choice of medication is exceptional. The doctors have been attentive, the medication works incredibly well, the repeat prescription process is quick and simple, with speedy dispatch and delivery. Based on my first three months, I can't recommend CB1 highly enough.

Following initial appointment with doctor over video link, I requested slight adjustment from the nearly £500 first prescription given by doctor because couldn't afford that amount per month. I called and my prescription was adjusted to amount I could afford, I received medication really quickly and follow up appointment was booked for telephone appointment on 21st June 25 @ 10.40 but I never received call which is very annoying as I did need to speak to doctor about changing prescription. As 21st June appointment was on Saturday I couldn't call helpline which is only open midweek. So I emailed CB1 and I received reply back on 22th June 25 telling me they've rescheduled my appointment for 7th July 25 @ 10.40am but as initial first prescription which was issued on 5th june 25 and as prescription are only valid for 21days Im now left not being able to speak to doctor in reasonable timescale so im not left without medication.. Their meant to care about their patients, what a joke!!

Been a patient of CB1 Medical for a month now. Took a while deciding who to go with as there are so many similar clinics. After a good while reading reviews, I noticed lots of folks mentioned how they moved to CB1 Medical. So far the experience has been amazing. Easy to navigate app and someone is always at the end of the phone too. Had a great consultation with Dr Simon who answered every question I had. He advised me on what products would suit my needs and didn't try to over sell anything. The process has been swift and easy. One payment a year for consultations where other companies charge per consultation or per month...
The medication has made a world of difference. 8 years after breaking my back I am finally able to sleep! For more than 2 hours at a time too! I wish I had signed up years ago.
My other medications (pills by the bucket load) are now redundant.

The staff are so polite and helpful, i love that i can choose different strains from my pre approved list depending on my pain levels etc. very reasonably priced, only 50 for the year’s consultations is a bonus too! Delivery is super quick and efficient, i get my order usually bang on 2 days after purchasing. Honestly ive not slept this good in years! I have crohns disease and CB1’s products have changed my life for the better and im only on my 3rd prescription. i'm no longer in constant pain, i sleep better, my appetite is better, i feel like ive been polished up nice and shiny- my energy levels are coming back after being severely fatigued for years! i honestly really really do recommend cb1 medical to anyone reading this! absolutely brilliant company with absolutely brilliant service. Honourable mention to Dr M Al Rikabi, he is so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and really puts you at ease. I've been a patient with CB1 18 months now and have never had any real issue with the clinic. Pharmacy and reception staff are friendly and helpful and Dr Delaffon is understanding and listens to me and my needs.
CB1 have always been prompt on issuing medication and delivery, but this already good service was stepped up a level in October last year with the introduction of the app. I typically receive my medicine 2 working days after requesting.
Fantastic affordable clinic, would recommend to any medical patient.

My first appointment at the clinic was great—David was really helpful, listened to my needs, and I felt supported with the products I was prescribed. Unfortunately, my second appointment wasn’t as positive. I felt there was less attention to what had worked for me before, and I was advised to try something new without much explanation or confidence it would help. The advice between staff felt inconsistent, which left me confused. Overall, a strong start but my follow-up experience could have been better.

With everything it looks like you should be approved.
But we can't find out who you are with your NHS number GP details. Name and address, d.o.b , driving license, email address, hospital letters showing all of this information..
Can you please provide us with the name you signed up with and the email address..
*well you are emailing me on the email address that contains my name that I signed up with and you would know since you would be able to see my account and at least find it the 3rd or 4th time I've repeated this information with hospital letters and such saying have a look and since you have also got my driving license on file.. I'm at a loss for what you can't work out about who I am, where my gp is , where I live or what my name and NHS number is.

Been using CB1 Medical for the last few months, joining process was very easy, fast (had my approval and first order within a week of signing up) very happy with the service so far - always responsive when I email, very friendly and they respond back with what I need, fast shipping, some of the flower is on the dry side but there are a few strains I have been super happy with, vapes and oils were also good. This is a good clinic. The consultation is very informative and the choice of medication is very good. The yearly fee is low and it seems to me to be the most affordable uk clinic at present. My meds get delivered quickly and the ordering system is efficient. Would definitely recommend.
