Done business with this company several times, was mostly satisfied, aside from a few confusing labels that depicted lower than advertised concentrations (supposedly online Quality Analysis QR codes were correct and the printed percentages on the labels were wrong?). Had my card info stolen several times (only card I ever used with this company) and one time it resulted in a chargeback to cbdhemp.direct,
I hadn’t realized it at the time and placed an order on a holiday promotion some time later. They cancelled my order for fraud without a word, and WHEN I REACHED OUT TO THEM they then told me I had violated their T&C and was banned. I paid my balance off and asked about my order that I placed on a holiday promotion, they offered me a paltry 30% off compared to the holiday promotional price and said the specific item I ordered was out of stock now and I’d have to accept a different variation. Don’t bother with a company that doesn’t care about its product (labeling) or customers(shadow banning).

Long time customer at Cbd Hemp direct. I bought the mixed batch of thcA flower. Brass monkey strain. And the the 1oz bags of Brass monkey. I discovered it has Ratt Turds in my order I received.

If I could give negative, I would. I recommend NO ONE do business with this company. I've never seen such blatant disregard for responsibility by a company in my life. My friend let this company know that there is rat turds in a batch of mixed THCA and has NOT been contacted yet about this. I told him he should get a lawyer. He's still waiting on their response, though.😒

This wholesaler/retailer has done nothing but satisfy 7 orders thus far. Not the greenest, stinkiest smoke I've bought but always dank. People literally ask where I'm downing ounces for 50 and Quarter pounds for 100. I almost don't want to tell them about such a great secret, lol. I hope though that by spreading the good news they have more opportunities to get sales. Thus keeping their insane budget Thc-A deals. Texas smokers are taking notice of their great deals though. Not exactly high-grade MJ, but what I think is perfect for what Texas, the greatest state left in the union will allow. CBD hemp direct, JK Distrofor the win in my personal opinion.

My order was processed and completed march and its been 2 weeks since and they havent shipped out my package. I spent over $230 and they require a signature for orders over $150 as they are high value? Yea high value so they dont ship it out or interact with customers.

I don’t think this stuff was Thca it was dry dry brown unsafe to smoke smelling like chemicals and now I’m stuck out a ton of money on unsafe bud I can’t even use swear it was left in the sun for like 6 months with them rarely adding moisture smells like mildew don’t buy

Great website, great products, and at cut rate and I DO mean cut rate prices for the quality of the end product, speaking of the THCa part of their flower section. Even the "cheap buds," got good kick, Lemon Lung Slapper, is also a Head Slapper at a GREAT price, in respective to them being "Smalls." Super fast shipping too. Overall a great service, easily accomplished, and product received quickly!

Not sure if I’m being scammed at this point it’s been 10 days of my order “on hold” and no sort of communication. They updated there shipping policy to the holiday one 6 days after my order, I definitely would not have placed one if I knew I was dealing with such liars.

I’ve been purchasing product from this company for quite some time never had an issue and when I did it was always resolved in a short period of time but this time around November 2023, I made an order and paid for expedited shipping to beat the holiday rush on their website which always crashes during their sales I noticed that my order didn’t match with the amount that I placed sure enough when the shipment was received it was short and it was not as described. I’ve emailed them 3 to 4 times in the past two weeks no response.

Tried to buy Keif cbd hemp diect, but there website said no shipping info and mine was correct. I emailed 3 time with no response at all. so instead of keeping the money in Las Vegas I bought from a farm in Oregon. I am very disappointed.

awesome buds. on my first order, tried two different strains of THC-A buds... killer. Here, across the us, litterally and on point kill, and it is that. Stupid Texas lawys, we got you with this -A stuff. And same day shippng, full tracking, bought to make a real order for my month, oz or so.... mmm.

I tried some double-dosed delta 8 Gelato. It's really garbage I wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever.
The flavor was horrible and it left a nasty chalky texture in my mouth after every joint. The best way I can describe it is like the D8 distillate was soapy. It had a sour soapy after taste. I noticed looking at other reviews that another user noticed the soapy flavor, and they actually got seriously sick it sounds like. I don't know, pretty suspicious and the very mild effects I was feeling were not worth risking it or tolerating the abysmal flavor. Trashed the majority of what I got and will not order again.

Great variety of thca flower and all quality. Fast shipping means no more waiting around on "dealer time." Prices are amongst the best in the biz too.

I ordered a batch of Delta 8 oil. I had been vaping it for a little over a week when I started to get an irritated throat (sort of like strep throat).

Today I woke up and felt like I had a big knot in the back of my throat. Every time I tried to clear my throat it made me puke.

Prior to this I had been consistently vaping regular delta 9 concentrates from a dispensary with no related symptoms.

I stopped using the product and it seemed to alleviate the issue.

I previously ordered products from this company. No issues. Yet, I recently ordered two products from this company, and only received one product. Now, it's understandable that companies are busy, but the motto this company seems to follow: "We'll get back to ya when we feel like it."And no PHONE numbers for customer service? What is this! It has been over 2-3 weeks, and I haven't received a response from these folks. It's okay. I filed a dispute with American Express; and I have evidentiary emails to substantiate my claims.

Never again, will I deal with these folks.

This is a terrible company to deal with they don't understand anything about customer service they are rude and untrustworthy I just received 3/4 of a pound of CBD hemp and it is fermented I have had many problems with customer service with this company in the past they are rude and intolerant of any questions and do not treat people with decency I am done doing business with this company and I don't recommend anybody else do business with them either

i would not recommend CBD hemp direct! They sent me an email to take 40% off site wide with discount code. When I checked out I was charged full price!! Tried contacting them several times! Nothing!! Crickets!
Seem very dishonest!

This company use to be good when CBD first came out. I enjoyed Miami Vice, Exotic berry. Now thier selling nasty flowers that gives you a headache and it also gives you a disgusting after taste. I can't believe people actually make good reviews about this company. I did some research about the possibility of new ownership and management. These people sold me 1/4 pound of Bubba Kush and Paradise OG 14 grams. Both batches of the flower were horrible. Of course I asked for a refund and their response was, well if you return the product we can issue you a refund. Now what kind of stupid policy is this? The only reasonable thought I have is , that they are going to resell this crap to some other sucker. $130 in the trash , because I am not sending this horrible nasty flowers back to them and waisting more of my hard earned money!! Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, CBD hemp direct sucks ! They need to go out of business! There just like Black Tie, Cascadia Blooms, Tweedle farms , these companies suck to and they are ripping a lot of people off. Stay away at all costs. Try thier B.S. flower and enjoy your headache and stomach ache. I hope the owner enjoys all the emails I sent cursing them out for ripping me off. You suck and so does everyone that actually posts reviews that are positive. I bet 99 percent of all the reviews that are positive are probably fake. I hope you lose more customers you scum bags!

I placed an order for 2 strains of THC-P. 7 grams of Forbidden V and and 1ounce of Sour Tsunami.
When the package arrived I got my 7 grams of the Forbidden but only 1 gram of the Sour Tsunami.

I sent an email with a picture and so far no reply. I called their number listed on the website and it states that "this number is no longer in use and will not accept messages etc."

I never had a problem until now and been with them for years. I'm shocked that this is happening. I bought it on a 40%off sale as well.

UPDATE
I have finally received the 1oz I was missing. There was no communication in the form of an email that would tell me if they sent me anything or reached a decision. Leaving customers in the dark is unprofessional but I at least got my item.
