I do not recommend purchasing from this company. The products are trash which explains why they’re offering such good pricing for their product it’s trash. This company does not like to offer refunds, although it clearly states on their website they do, which is a clear deceptive tactic to get individuals to purchase their low quality products. I literately complains about the product the day after I received it, and the only offer that was made was 500 reward points that I can use for the next purchase, which I don’t plan on purchasing from this company ever again however, that’s OK I’ve since disputed the transaction with my bank and I was able to receive a full refund and I will be leaving negative reviews regarding this company throughout To inform others so they don’t have to experience the unsatisfactory of dealing with this company purchasing products in my personal opinion, If you have some place in your own community in your neighborhood that you can make purchases for what you’re looking for stick to it, it’s not worth purchasing anything online that you cannot see or smell or even sample before purchasing.

Even though I would’ve preferred to have my cash back, and didn’t want to give them any more business and I agreed and it’s been over 2 months now and I STILL haven’t received the points promised. I would recommend using your local guy, tobacco shops, etc. and avoiding CBD mall if you can help it because the product quality is highly questionable and the customer service is a nightmare.

Their rep Elle got back to me within the hour the situation was a little confusing to explain but she made sure to get all the details and got me an answer. If the product is good will absolutely be a repeat customer. Will follow up on the product quality once it drops.
Ok, I've been doing a LOT of research on this and CBD MALL checked ALL of the boxes. I suppose if I HAD to find a complaint it would be faster shipping but REALLY that's pretty damn good as well. Yepper, y'all have done it....I have my humor, smile and even LAUGHTER back. Thank you!
Super easy to order, and they send constant updates on shipping of product. Arrived at my address quickly, and products work well. The first time I ordered, there was a delivery situation which they were very helpful with. I will be ordering from them again. I ordered early June, problems with delivery, and they took care of the issue. The company sent an email tracking shipping, with updates, and order was received in a week, about the third week of June.

Made an order for 7hydroxy I am in Texas my shipping is in Texas my CC address is in Texas. I get a email a short while later telling me I need to provide a state issued ID. I have ordered the same stuff from multiple parties never once have my id been asked for. Hell they could look up my name in Texas on Facebook and see I am a 54 year old male. Sound like a phishing expedition to me. I plan on canceling the order, just doesn't set right.
Added. I decided to send my DL in hopes this is not a scam, it just doesn't seem right as I have never had this issue before. If all is on the up and up I will correct my experience.

Products are high quality and great prices. Products arrive quickly and are well packaged. Communication and tracking are outstanding. I had a minor issue with an order and cbdmall.com made sure the detail was resolved in a very generous way.
I had a defective Cart and called and reached out to Taylor in customer service she directed me on how to reach out.
Literally within 2 hours my replacement is in its way

Holly cow i am glad I didnt pull the trigger they kept sending me emails. I decided to jump on their BOGO offer or 50% certain thca, they measure each order by 1/8 the computer projected my order for 419.00 1 ounce i asked the girl when i called would you pay the normal crossed out priced 192.00 for a quarter?? she hesitated.. i shut her up quick i said of course you wouldnt and no one would... so what they are doing is elevating to a riddiculous amount the product and catching people off guard telling them its 50% off now the bill is still over 200 for a oz... just like any place out there... SCAM....
