In some cases, what appears to be a faulty vape can actually be due to the crystallisation of the extract, which is quite common with high-purity products. However, if that is not the case, we will, of course, arrange a replacement or refund.

I’ve seen some of the newer flavours like Energy Ice and Sour Blue Raspberry on their site (orange countys) and would love to see those stocked here too!

In many cases, when a vape doesn’t appear to charge or work initially, it can be due to crystallisation of the liquid inside — this can temporarily block the airflow but is usually easy to resolve. That said, we’ll gladly replace the product for you.
