John was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about the system he was installing. He took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism.

The installation was completed on time and with great attention to detail. John ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving, and he even gave us helpful tips on maintaining the boiler for long-term efficiency. The workspace was left spotless, which we really appreciated.

Came out on the Wednesday to give quote . Very reasonable price, paid deposit on the Thursday boiler fixed on the Monday. Friendly staff and very helpful with questions I had . Thank you for quick insulation and removal of old back boiler and water tank

They were able to do the job, boiler replacement, immediately. Their fitters were quick and polite and very efficient and made sure the whole system was working correctly.

I needed a new boiler following an inspection and they came out to see me within 24 hours and would have fitted my boiler within a couple of days but I was going on holiday. We arranged for boiler to be fitted upon my return. The two lads Nathan and Stewart were so friendly and helpful. So kind.

I messaged CB plumbing on Saturday about needing a new boiler at our new house. There owner came round to the house the same day, went through everything and agreed a price that I was happy with. They supplied and installed our new boiler and also plugged and leak and at our new house, all while I was on holiday- only 3 days after contacting them. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Best customer service I have received.

We had an unexpected disaster when our boiler was deemed beyond economical repair afew weeks ago. I had several companies visit to provide quotes for a replacement boiler with hive and CB services gave us the most competitive quote and included a five year service plan. We had the quote on the Wednesday and our new boiler was fitted by Friday afternoon. The engineers were professional and tidy. The man on the phone (I can’t remember his name) was especially helpful in getting our boiler fitted urgently as we have a newborn baby in the house. Would recommend this company to all!

We are very grateful to CB Services Group for the installation of our new Viessman boiler. The installation was professionally done the guys arrived on time and completed the job before the end of the day. What they quoted for was done as per agreement and at a very competitive price. We are very happy with their services, it was not an easy installation as we had to replace the old boiler and water heater but everything went perfectly well thank you very much.

You don't get a boiler fitted every day, so I gathered 5 quotes before making my decision.
I was very impressed with the first-class installation of our boiler. From having the survey done to getting our installation 3 days later,
